I have gone to the same salon for 10 years and they changed and I’ve had so many bad experiences I’ve honestly dreaded getting my nails done for the last year almost and today I tried happy nails despite me having ptsd and hating change and I’m so in love with my nails and my experience was so so good, it was such a relaxing experience. she took the extra time to hand file and check and then re check my nails to make sure I left happy.
Thank you guys so much for caring about the quality of your work and the comfort of your guests you have secured my business from now on out 💕
— I hope there was no confusion that this was my first visit to you guys and a super amazing one as well!!

Sad Nails! That is what it should be called. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails. The man there did the interpreting, allegedly. I was told my full set would be $55. Once my right hand had the acrylic on, I was told it would now be $75. I said, “ but you told me it would be $55.” Then, the gal filed down my acrylic nails to the very end of my fingertip. And said that is $55. I was not about to pay $55 for such short nails. I left, and I do not recommend happiness to anyone.

I’m not a consistent nail girl but when I get them done I want them to look really good! Raya is a perfectionist! She takes her time on the shape and style, she’s such a sweetheart and I would die for her. The bad reviews on Google are bonkers to me because this place is my favorite!!! I won’t visit anywhere else in the valley!

Today I was at Happy Nails, I was a 17-year-old customer when the previous owners were there. Today I feel tired and with the need to pamper my feet, I arrived at Happy Nails with the new owners. It turns out that they don't know how to do their job. I am a manicurist and a pedicure specialist and I know when The job is well done, I told the technician who did the work on my feet that she needed to put a base on my nails and she was offended that she even left my nails still with old cuticles. They really don't know how to do the job. It's surprising what they do. bad job they charge and ask the customer not to come back again for service Today I was at Happy Nails, I was a 17 year old customer when the previous owners were there. I walked in today for a pedicure. From the time I sat down to the time I got out of the chair, it was no more than 20 minutes. My feet were in the water for maybe 5 min tops, didn't even tun on the massage chair. I chose Shellac, so it dries quickly. She did one coat of base, one coat of polish, and one of top coat. There are bubbles in it, plus she painted my skin in a couple of spots. She was looking out the window pretty much the whole time I was in the chair. Now, what I have an issue with is they charged me 45 dollars for a pedicure, but was it really? I feel like it was just a polish change. Now I have no problem paying for a good pedicure, but when you aren't even in the chair for 30 minutes and she rushes through your me time that's where I have an issue.

Awful! Just moved to Logan looking for my new nail place, I thought I found it but No Way! This place is awful! A pedicure in 22 minutes and toes nails not even clipped. Never again and whoever reads this, don’t go…
