Awful. Do not assume because they have the big showroom and lot, that this place is a safe bet for service. I paid $1,300 to have a ‘stage 2’ service done. You cannot find another shop that will charge this much for the same service and you subsequently assume you will get every detail checked and addressed. The problem is they did not perform the service I paid for. Got home and noticed there was no fresh grease on a single zerk. Who knows what else they didn’t do that is less visible and was supposedly done for $1,300.
Service manger offers a few hundred dollar refund (which was never actually received) or to bring the machine back in to have the same 16 year old kid try to finish the job.
Never again.

Phone calls not returned, manager promised to look into maintenance issue and call me, never called. $1882.00 in new parts and labor, new part has grease and oil on it, doesn't look new. Were old parts used? Why grease and oil on new parts? Had in shop for one month. Mechanic notes stated that mechanic did not complete work because he didn't know how. Where are the old parts? Why weren't the old parts provided? Why can't I just get a phone call and my old parts returned to prove I paid for new parts?

My wife and I have used this dealership 3 times and have been less than enthused. The people you talk to on the phone have absolutely zero idea or knowledge of anything going on. We had an appointment for an insurance inspection after running over a dead deer that they said they would bring their trailer and pick the bike up. We changed our weekend plans and now at close of business after zero contact we call back to find out they won't. I don't care that it is a liability issue the people on the phone should have known better when we very specifically explained why we were bringing the bike in. Do yourself a favor and find a different dealership chain for service.

I took my bike in a week ago, they were supposed to look at it on Tuesday and get back with me with the news. I called Thursday because I hadn't heard anything and still haven't received a call back from the message I left and it's now Friday. I'll continue to update my rating as the time continues??♂️

Lots of options in the showroom, but nobody wanted to sell it. I thought I left my invisibility cloak at home? There were associates working, but after one walked across my path to tell his buddy he didn't want to be there that day, I was a bit discouraged myself. I may try again another day, but I have no desire to buy anything that doesn't come with a little bit of customer service....I'd settle for some customer acknowledgement.

I had a Harley 750 sport I didn’t like it that much but it needed some work. I went to the service desk and found out how much it would cost to get it fixed. They asked me some questions and I asked how much I could trade it in for. They walked me over to Lexi Hoopes, she found I really wanted a sport bike and showed me some options she was super friendly and super knowledgeable and honest. I had an amazing experience and got switched out of my bike into a ninja 500, it’s been an amazing experience and I’m so thankful for Lexi helping me.

Bought a Sea Doo Trixx. Keaton was good at following his sale, addressing questions. I live almost 2 hours away but I'd rather shop here than at a closer location to me because of his performance not as a salesman, but as a good human being.

The crew at Young Powersports Logan run a 1st class operation! I came away extremely pleased with my purchase and the buyer experience. The used SxS was better then described over the phone, and the price was more than competitive.

For me management is pinnacle so as soon as I walk into a company, I always walk around look at how the store is set up. Listen to how the employees are speaking and seeing if the store is clean if it looks like they have everything under control I’ll do business with them because if they can’t do something simple like keep the restroom, clean or sweep the floor how are they gonna take care of me properly? And that’s just my outtake not to go too deep. However, my experience was great my salesman Dan was an amazing salesman he was direct to the point and efficient. I was only in there for a total of one hour and half of that was us talking. I purchased my side-by-side last month. I always wait a minute to leave a review and don’t unless I really feel like they are pinnacle company. Every time I call my My questions are answered they take care of me Right away, and my salesman always greets me when I come In He goes out of his way to ask And to see how things are going I’ve had a couple of issues with my new Side-by-side and they have resolve them Quickly… When they take my side-by-side in For these few items, I have it back in the same day And or on time as promised A big thanks to the young organization and it’s faculty.

Every single time dealing with these place has been a nightmare. Three out of three times they have fallen flat in their face in terms of “getting it right” and/or “getting it fixed”. They will still take your money (and at a ridiculously priced hourly rate) even when they don’t fix the problem. Gave them two chances last year on one issue and they failed miserably, 3 weeks and $700 later the issue was NOT fixed. I took it to a good mechanic that was able to fix the problem in about 45 min. The next time the service people played the blame game as they struggled to even figure out of my sled was actually fixed and ready or not.. this after going to the shop 3 times to pick up a sled that I was told was ready by 2 different workers over a 2 week period. This most recent time I went to pick up my sled what was “ready” according to the work order and the employee who called me to come pick it up, and you guessed it, it wasn’t actually ready. They handed me the second part that they were supposed to install and told me it “wasn't too bad to put in yourself”. Even though I was still charged for the shop time for them to put the part in (according to the work order agreement I had signed). These guys seriously cannot get it right.. ever! If you thought renegade sports was bad (previous ownership) you’re in for an unpleasant surprise with this place. I’d give zero stars if I could. Nothing hit failure here in my experience and as the only local skidoo dealership I’m forced to keep coming back time and time again for further disappointment. I own 3 sleds and want to support a local business, but this one has blown the job every single time.
