We've been here for 25+ years & need to say a few things. The recent change in a manager & maintenance crew is truly welcomed! Jon, is great & the best mgr we've had. (Friendly, attention to detail & doesn't just sit in the office. Answers our questions & pro active getting things done!) The maintenance guys, Brett & Shaun have improved the grounds by 90%..and work hard at it. Here's hoping they stay and continue improving our community !
Thanks guys for your hard work!!

Don't move into this community.- The rent continually increases, sometimes 2 times a year, while nothing is done for the improvement of the grounds. Sure, you're drawn in by advertisements of $500/mo rent for the lot, (plus whatever your mortgage is) but within 3-5 years, that lot rent will double.- The playground is outdated and the yard surrounding it is full of dog crap and graffiti.- You'll get notices to clean off your porch, even if there are only chairs on the porch.- You'll also be given notices to take care of weeding while there are 4-6 inches of snow on the ground.- Adding to this, if the trim of your house becomes damaged due to the constant high speed winds, you'll receive notice to fix it with a 1 week deadline...meaning you'll need to come up with the thousands of dollars worth of labor and materials to fix the damage within a week.- When it snows, plowing the roadways isn't a priority for this community. I've had to call out from work on more than one occasion because I couldn't even get out of the driveway. Sometimes it takes days for a plow to come through even once.- The swimming pool is a huge disappointment. There is no shade by the pool, if it even opens on time or at all. I'm not sure why they post a pool schedule they won't adhere to.- The clubhouse used to be free for use for residents, while now it costs $50 plus a $200 (refundable) deposit.- If you want to paint your home that you own, (not the company), you must get the color approved.- If you want to install a fence/gate to keep the stray dogs from using your yard as a toilet, that can be done if you're fortunate enough that it gets approved. The only redeeming thing giving this rating any star at all is the safety from criminal activity in this community. Cars can be unlocked overnight without being broken into, yard decorations don't get vandalized or stolen, etc.

It's a community of wonderful people who keep an eye on and help each other out.

This is a very dilapidated community, I can't wait until I can convince my Mom to move out and never look back. The roads are terrible and the playground had needles.

Well from what I gather and can tell, certain homes in the community are exempt from certain rules, while the others do not comply. Just an observation. Hopefully I'm not correct.

Over priced for what you get & racks up more each year.As for the amenities they charge you for;- The playground is over 20 years old, broken, written all over & doesn't even have a bench to sit on. It's the same one from when I was a kid.- The pool is "open" Tues-Sunday 10-8 but it's often open late. Sometimes it's 30mins late, Sometimes 4/5hrs late, sometimes it's closed all day with no warning. There's often children (not teens) unattended during opening hours with no lifeguard on duty.- The tennis court/basket ball area is old, the ground speaks for itself. The hoops are weathered.- the Pavillion is dirty but gets the job done, a place to sit outside or rent.- The club house is okay. Nothing fancy no real complaints. Straight forward.

Honestly I'm reading through these reviews and I'm not sure who these people dealt with but I'm working on purchasing a trailer in this park and I have been in constant communication with the park manager named Angie she's always getting back to me in a timely manner taking into consideration that she has a lot to take care of with running a whole trailer park on her own I never have to wait more than 24 to 48 hours for a response she's really effective and efficient when answering my emails getting the paperwork that I need filled out and submitted I'm really grateful for all the help that she has provided I've toured this park and it is a lovely place with several amenities from a pool to a play area and a clubhouse they even do monthly donuts for the tenants in the clubhouse it's really sad to see some of these reviews

The WORST "customer service" ever!! No one is ever at the office. They never answer the phone and don't return messages. Now they have a 3rd party "answering department" what's the point? No phone calls are being returned. Are they forwarding our messages like they said they would?? Office hours are false advertisement. They are long gone before 5pm.

Im new to Utah ! We’ve only been here 4 months but I love it! As far as mobile home parks go you can’t ask for a better one . Great amenities and cordial residents. We have been made to feel welcome and even the occasional train doesn’t bother us ?

We were interested in buying a home here. so I made an appointment with silken, the community manager. She decided to no call no show, leaving me waiting 30 minutes with nothing.
