Rented a crossover last minute through Costco/Enterprise and they were very helpful! The Midvale location called ahead to confirm the reservation and answer any questions. And when I called to extend the rental the guy I talked to was able to do it completely over the phone. The two people who helped me in person were Kyra and Corrine. Both were very nice and helpful. Would definitely use this location again.

So happy I found this location! The customer service was impeccable, fast, and the choice of cars was great.. another location was rude and short with me. Corrinne made the entire experience amazing, I was in and out, both with check in and when returning the car! Thank you!!

Tanner was absolutely AMAZING! I was denied a U-Haul for my card not being a major card (it was a Visa) and I was EXTREMELY stressed out about to have a whole mental breakdown, my phone wasn’t loading and was being slower than molasses and Tanner literally swoops in and gets me hooked up to a hot spot and ALSO gets me into a mini van so that I could move!!! This is the best Enterprise in the state of Utah. TANNER you rock and you saved me! Thank you. Y’all this is where you need to go for a rental!!!

I had to return my rental and no vehicle after that. But these wonderful people offered my family and I a ride home without me asking! I was ready to just walk home with my family. Thank you guys for you help!

Had to rent a car from this location twice within a couple months due to my car needing body work. The staff was very nice and helpful and shuttled me to and from the auto shop.

Everyone tries to tell me to use other car rental companies, but I continue to stick with Enterprise. Enterprise has great rates and at the local Murray and Midvale offices I have had great customer service experiences. Even traveling out of state I have only had the best experience with Enterprise, it's hard to teach customer service and I have never been disappointed with their company.

So easy! It was easy to make the reservation, picking up the car was quick and dropping it off after hours was convenient for us. The staff at the Midvale location was top notch this was by far our best rental car experience.

The 70th South and State location has it dialed in.I was in and out in about 10 minutes.The car was spotless and had a full tank of gas ( which is how it should be done) Very good experience.

Superb service, car selection was nice, I got an Audi Q3, was nice and clean. Thank you Tyler for willing to wait for me after 5pm for a few mins because my flight delayed, and thank you McKay for the short and smooth processing of the order and the return of the car.

When I arrived to pick up my car rental it was not ready. I waited a least 45 to 1 hr because they still had to wash the vehicle. Poor service
