Bought a car battery from this store 2 years ago. Battery was not reliably holding a charge a age 2 years. Went to this store today (12/4/23) without the receipt. They had the receipt on file. They tested the battery, found it to be in need of replacement. They replaced the battery and replaced it, and installed it at no charge, on the spot. Elapsed time was ten minutes.Thanks for the excellent service!Peter Lenz

They’re great! I wanna thank Chris, he helped me change my headlights with no problem. Previously today I went to autozone and they refused to change them, I was really disappointed but I got the help I needed here :) thank you!

I am so impressed with the honest, knowledgeable team member's, customer service and over all professionalism. Randy and Chris instead of just selling me a battery and sending me on my way, they took the time to test and find out what was happening with my car. They took such care and their knowledge saved me! I will always return to this location because I trust they will do right by me and my car needs.

Excellent service! I went to this O'Reilly to diagnose and fix a battery issue, and the staff were professional and friendly from start to finish. This is the 2nd O'Reilly location where I've had this level of service and now it's hard to imagine going anywhere else. Thanks Chris and team!

I went in because my car was having problems and wanted to use their coder to see what was wrong with it. Chris was a huge help and he came out and helped me, the code reader was having issues communicating so he checked to see if it was the battery and it was. I bought a new battery and he even installed it for me. Great customer service!! Thank you so much Chris!
