I've thrifted my whole life, but Savers has been ridiculous with prices!! Selling dollar tree items for 3xs the amount!! Everything is priced way to high for USED items!! And this particular location has the rudest employee who makes you rescan things in front of her because she doesn't believe your doing her job properly!! Self checking, high prices and no carts that can haul your items outside!! This location SUCKS!!

Stupidly overpriced. How do they not notice they are trying to charge more than the original retail price?

This place is kind of a sham, honestly. They are not a non-profit, but it feels like they really try and play that angle to get donations.I went in there recently and their prices are kind of high for reselling items they obtained for free. It’s crazy they’re getting free merchandise and the customers do all the work to check themselves out. I try and shop here as little as possible.

If you don't look through every single thing you won't find the stuff that's brand new!

The prices at this thrift store are astronomical. I go here because it tends to have better stuff than the Goodwill or DI but I don't think I can shop here anymore. There are things here with tags from their original stores that are less than what Savers wants. For a company that gets their inventory for pennies on the pound (if that) and has thinned out its staff so much, why does it need to cost $20 for a secondhand fast fashion item. Not to mention the lack of dressing rooms. If there were dressing rooms and staff to cover them, I could understand charging a little extra. I often laugh at the prices I find here. It's not much cheaper than buying new.

Have the rudest staff I've had the displeasure to interact with, loud and I'll mannered. Will not be returning due to the pack of interest for maintaining the place.

1 star because they used Covid as a pretext to remove the fitting rooms. They do not allow returns, only exchanges. Very manipulative. I have supported them for almost two decades, but will try to thrift elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was my first time shopping at Savers, as I just moved and Goodwill was farther away. I came to get some business formal clothing, and they didn’t have any dressing rooms available. I asked an associate on the floor if they accepted returns, and she told me that they accept returns within 14 days if the tags are still on and the receipt is brought back. I went home and tried everything on and came back to return what didn’t fit and was told they only do exchanges. The manager refused to even apologize that we were given the wrong information. He was very condescending and made no effort to be understanding, especially since this was my first time. I know he can’t change the policy, but I was upset that I had checked to make sure they took returns and his employee misinformed me and he didn’t care. I will NOT be coming back to this location, and I probably will not be shopping at any other location again.

yet another thrift store with not thrift store prices... I really hope they're paying their employees well. Not sure there were dressing rooms either because I saw some lady trying on clothes out in the open, and saw no fitting rooms. I'll give them points for it being fairly organized and the selection wasn't bad

I went in to find some children’s books. you have a big selection of books but I’m kind of disappointed at the price. $199 seems reasonable but 799, 899, $1499.for a book ?

Great selection but prices are way too high especially considering you can’t try anything on in the store

I like Savers they have senior day, and discount on colored tags on certain days. Prices are avg some seen high others lower. Staff is helpful.

This is a great location to donate your items to, the employees are helpful and kind. The inventory is usually pretty varied with something for everyone, and the men's pants is usually thoroughly stocked.
