Took my sons phone in was not charging. The guy took it cleaned it out where you plug it in. I was Out the door in 4 minutes. Awesome place for customer service.

Said we didn’t have the 360 perfection plan and wouldn’t replace our screen protector. Went over to the West Jordan store and they replaced it with no problems.

Carols and the manager, Carmen were so incredibly helpful! I haven't upgraded in years and they made the whole process so smooth! They were up front and straight to the point! They went above and beyond to help me order everything so I could get exactly what I wanted! So Impressed thank you guys so much!

We switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and were helped by Patty S. This was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had in a cell phone store. The transition was smooth and everything was explained well and straight forward. Patty was extremely friendly, helpful, and worked fast and efficiently to set everything up for us. Really appreciate it! Keep up the great work!

Switched to T-Mobile a few weeks ago at this location and we have never experienced such a smooth transition switching phone services. We were pleasantly surprised! Patty in particular was incredible, great communication and patient as we made our decisions. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience coming into this store. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped me resolved a mistake that was done at another store and explained to me how the promotions work. Carmen the manager was amazing and I will definitely refer my friends and family to this location.

I came into the store on a Sunday after the Ft. Union store had called and asked them to hold three iphones for me. The store itself was not busy, there were only two customers and two employees working. I waited for thirty minutes, which was fine because I knew I was just going to JUMP my phone then go on my merry way. I wasn't greeted nor did the employees bother to make eye contact with me. Typically when someone walks into a store, an employee will at least make eye contact with you and say something like: "Hello! I'll be with you as soon as I help this other customer" or some type of acknowledgment. When it was my turn, I let the employee know I was the customer the Ft. Union store had called about to hold the phones. He said he didn't and there was one phone available then just kind of stood there. I would expect maybe he'd say: "Oh, we can order those phones for you" but it was an awkward pause and he just stood there. It was kind of horrible, honestly. I had been waiting for such a long time for nothing and had already spent the morning going from store to store looking for these phones. I initiated the conversation and said, "So..." and he just stood there staring at me, not offering any solutions or even wanting to help me. I was a t-mobile customer for over 13 years and spending three hours on a Sunday not getting any type of customer service was not how I wanted to spend my day. I became flustered and said, "OK, I'll order them online". At that point, you'd think this employee (or even the other employee) would take a hint that I wanted these phones and at least help me. I guess I wasn't dressed well enough or maybe I wasn't caucasian enough for them to want my business. At that point, I decided I really didn't want to give t-mobile my money anymore. I drove to the Verizon store in Ft. Union and in 30 minutes, I left with the phones I wanted, a better phone plan, Disney+ free for a year and peace of mind that I made the right decision as to who was getting my money. The suggestion I have for this particular store is that your employees need to acknowledge EVERY customer and at least offer a solution if they don't have the phones in stock. Also, don't be so prejudice. Just because I'm in work-out clothes and my skin is brown doesn't mean I don't have money. T-mobile lost a long-time, well paying customer that day because of how poorly they were treated. I know it's nothing to this store but I hope that corporate sees my review and at least does something to correct this in the future.

Patty was great just setup service with her she went through all the rate plans to select best one for me. She didn't try to up sell me on anything i didn't need. Saving so much more money now that i made the switch from Verizon.

T-Mobile hasn't been what I've been promised from the beginning, and when it's the company's fault they don't resolve the issue; they just try to band-aid it or worse not do anything at all. I have been told information by employees of T-Mobile just for me to find out they weren't knowledgeable and were giving me the wrong information. Now because of what I've been told by the employees of T-Mobile I'm stuck paying for a phone that was supposed to be free. I was also told that I was receiving free mobile hot-spot with my unlimited plan I signed up for when come to find out they were charging me 20 dollars a month. When I caught the issue scanning my bill wondering how it could have gotten so high T-Mobile only could credit me half of my money back. At this point I just want to be taken care of and treated like I'm a valued customer because I know every employee can see that the promotion I was on, I was supposed to receive the iPhone free for switching from Verizon. The sales associate said their would be a return label in the box we received but no label was with my wife's new iPhone we received in the mail. I then called the store I purchased my phone from and told them the situation and was told if it wasn't sent with it, we'd receive it very soon. So we waited and still nothing came. I then went into the store where the associate didn't know why I didn't receive anything but when she called the corporate office they said they could do nothing to help me because I was outside of the 30 day period they allotted for me. Which I was never told about! Not at one point didn't anyone mention to my wife or I that we only had 30 days to turn the phone in until after it was too late. But come to find out today while talking with the best Customer service agent I've spoken with in a long time. I was told that I could have been escalated and taken care of had I talked with him within 60 day of the initial purchase. which I was in initially when I went to inquire about the problem. So I've been thrown in a loop and stuck with a 750 dollar phone I had no intention of purchasing in the first place if it wasn't a promotion that I received for porting over our service. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope that someone can help us.

Carmen has been really great in helping me with my cellphone needs. They are bilingual and help out everyone in sight. I would recommend anyone to get T-Mobile with them no doubt.
