Literally the worst company I've dealt with. First tried to get a washer and dryer. Had to have it shipped from manufacturer. 2 months later corporate said it has been delivered to the store a week after I order. Very fishy, probably sold out from under me. Fast forward to now. Got a ps5 and tv for my son. Requested the GOW edition ps5, got a regular edition ps5. Major difference. I just paid my 3rd payment today after telling the store manager to pause payment until I get the right product. He agreed. Thus has been a 2 month process as well. Well payment came out. The workers at the Taylorsville, UT store are very incompetent.

The person I spoke with was very unhelpful was told to text to 981822 and call was terminated! If this is the people act that are with arrons god forbid if I have a problem that needs to be solved! I will go to another rent to own company

We have used Aaron's a few times and as always they were great with our new couches arriving today. Travis and Rory were SO GREAT! super fast, on time, friendly and so professional!!! THANK YOU AARON'S!!!

Tasha from Aaron’s in Taylorsville location is a so unprofessional! First off I sit how many times we given our card for automatic payments , each time they failed and called for payment, when I was 2 weeks late , I was ready to make a payment than she decline to take my payment and wanted a payment and additional late fee. When I told her let me make the payment and call back 2 days later to pay the late fee , she refusedShe definitely not manager material, she’s Stupid for one , I would of taken any payment at that point.Than she hung up on me , I hope upper management pulls up that call and review itShe seriously need to be demoted and go to training class for manager skills.Stupid Aaron’s

If I could give Aaron's in Taylorsville 10 stars I would!!! The process of getting my adjustable bed was amazingly easy & FAST!! I walked into the store at 3pm on a Friday & had my bed delivered & set up by 11 am Saturday! The manager & delivery crew were FANTASTIC!! I can't say enough good things about them! Shout out to the delivery crew for moving old bed out! I didn't have to lift a finger and that's huge for someone who has mobility issues!! THANK YOU AARON'S FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

I called about a dishwasher repair and asked specifically about Lg models and drain pumps. Was told “no worries, our techs have parts, we can be out same day.” The tech comes out, spends 30 seconds and says the part is backlogged 4 weeks and will cost the same price as a new dishwasher. So I was charged over $100 for 30 seconds of “work.” If the person scheduling appointments had taken any of that info from me when I tried to provide it, I could have simply said no and saved all of us time.

Place is a joke!!! NEVER again! The sales guy David is inept and the female manager is argumentative and solution less. NO FOCUS on customer service experience. I canceled my order and had a bed THAT DAY FROM Rent A Center!!!! Do yourselves a favor go to RAC!!! Ask for Justin in Midvale!!

This being my first time using Aaron's, I was actually quite surprised at how easy it was. They didn't need 20 references and have to call a gazillion ppl just to get you what you need. I think the whole process took maybe a total of 35-45 minutes to get a washer dryer pair and a upright freezer. David was the gentleman who helped me, he was very friendly and knew exactly what it was I needed when I started explaining everything. My husband was out of town on a work trip. And we were able to get 95%of it done electronically. I wanted about 5 more items, because they seemed to have just about anything you could want. I will definitely be recommending them in the future. If you go in, ask for David. Hopefully everyone else can have such a positive experience as I did.~Camille

Went in to see if they had ps5s they do! That’s where everything good ends. 1700$ for a ps5. And you may say that’s because you can’t get them but they are charging 884 for ps4s not been pros. What a joke everything in there including pcs and furniture is 2 to 3 times as much as it ever should be do not get tricked into shopping here

These guys like to waste your time. Not scheduled till 1:00-4:00pm. Get a text at work 11:45 tech is in route. Text back wtf you guys said 1:00 on my way home you may have to wait for a few minutes. So much for running an errand on my way home. Race home and get there like 12:05. time passes, 4:00 pm passes nobody shows no communication. Technician did not want to wait for me show up when he is going to show up 45 minutes to 1 hour early. Waste of time. This was supposed to be the second visit to fix an ice maker. First time he showed up late stays for 5 minutes charge me 100 bucks to tell me I will need to defrost it, and it is probably a broken ice tray, without ever seeing the ice tray.

Very rude and not on time. Tried calling yesterday to see what time to expect our delivery. The guy who answered was very rude and was not helpful. Said delivery would be between 11am and 4pm but never asked for my name. I've been waiting around the house all day waiting. No one will answer the phone. Definitely not satisfied with this situation. Don't do business with this company. They will harrass you for your payment to be on time but they won't be on time for you. Such bad business practices and definitely no customer service to be found. Lost my business for life. If you're smart rent elsewhere. Rent a center is a better option guaranteed.
