The employee wasn't very helpful and I am pretty sure he read the screen wrong when asking if they had 2 because why he was looking I look at the screen and it only said 1 , I was in a hurry and didn't need him looking around when it possibly wasn't even the part that I needed so I was more then happy with 1 and had to tell him multiple time to not worry about it. I had gone to 3 different auto part store and each were equally disappointing all except Napa which they helped me figure out what I needed and what wouldn't work.

Best customer service! Francisco helped me have the best customer experience! Prices here are much higher compared to other stores like Walmart and I was about to leave, but Francisco offer to match the price with Walmart’s! I didn’t have to go all the way to Walmart!

They didn't end up having what I needed, but this review is for their staff person who went above and beyond to try and figure out if anything in their store would fit my car. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, didn't talk down to me, and she was very knowledgeable. She let me take a few versions of wiper blades out of the store to my car in the parking lot to see if any would work, and she even came out to my car at one point to see if she could assist. She was great, and I appreciate a business that invests in staff members who are genuinely doing their best and trying hard to be helpful.

We got the parts we ordered but they don't make it easy to get curbside pickup. It's supposed to be... but it's not. The parts worked I guess that's what matters.

Ive never been to an advanced auto part store. I just needed to get a code read on my nissan maxima and wasn't even sure they offered that service. But i saw it and went into the store only to be greeted with kindness and courtesy. I enjoyed picking the ladys mind over my motor while she read me my code. Very smart and professional and super helpful. This was a great experience unlike others ive had at autozone and the prices beat NAPA so ill definitely be back once I do some troubleshooting

Advance auto parts is a little pricier than some other auto parts stores in my opinion. How we the location I go to by my house has a really friendly staff. Especially the woman that's always there. I think she's probably the manager. So it's worth the little bit extra. Compared to say AutoZone where they couldn't care less about customer service.

- 0 STARS!CALLED TO ORDER A PART, WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE IT THE NEXT DAY. CALLED BACK 24 HOURS LATER AND THEY HAD NOT ORDERED IT, AND WOULDN'T EVEN HELP ME OR TRY TO FIND WHAT I NEEDED! WHAT A JOKE!!!
