Place is packed all the time. People working are very helpful and prompt with your appointment. Always fixes whatever issue we are having with the phone or iPad or laptop. Store is clean and well stocked. It’s located just south of Nordstrom inside Fashion Place Mall. Parking is always hard. It’s always full! Go early if you can.

I understand Saturdays are busy. I had an appointment and still waited forever. However that isn’t even my complaint. When the first girl didn’t know how to help me she went and found a different guy and he didn’t either. I came in with an iPhone 15 pro max that I had bought not even two weeks ago. The charging port started being weird a few days after I had bought it and then stopped working completely. I had AppleCare and the the best he could offer me was to take my screen off and put it on a new phone. MY PHONE WAS BRAND NEW. I had to go to my carrier store and they replaced it for free for me. The man worked at my carrier store, said that he worked at Apple for five years, and he said it depends on who you talk to and how willing they are to help you. So inconsistent with service and not helpful at all. I will be leaving numerous poor reviews on the store and encourage people to avoid this location and store.

This experience was a breath of fresh air and exactly what I needed after a terrible time dealing with Best Buy. Cam was incredibly helpful, very laid back and patient. He had good energy and helped me work through the issues that the Best Buy team was incapable of. 100% will be returning to this location for future Apple needs.

I don't make reviews often. I made an appointment to have my AirPods looked at. I arrived on time for my appointment and checked in 1 minute before. They asked me sit at a desk and told me someone would be right over. I waited for 30 minutes and watched while workers stood around or tried to sell new customers. No one ever came to honor our appointment. I had to leave to get back to work. I like Apples products, but this was a miserable customer experience. What is the point of making appointments if someone will not be available to honor it?

Terrible customer service experience. They shamelessly use deceptive sales tactics and blame others for added hidden cost. I feel scammed because they are not clear and honest about pricing and product inclusions. (Oh, I didn’t tell you? It doesn’t have a charger. That an extra cost. Oh, the carrier charges that fee but since you are doing it yourself we charge you that fee. Nonsense. I already have a carrier and a SIM card. It takes two minutes to swap it out at no cost. Zero.) They aren’t honest; it’s a game of hidden cost and sticking it to the customer.

I had to get my phone replaced after it completely went out, and Melissa made it so painless and easy. It’s so stressful not having a phone, and I am sincerely grateful for how seamless she made that transition. Melissa is the best!

This experience was awesome. I got my first iPad. Even though the wait was a little long, there were so many people there so I get it. A little suggestion would be to out signs to tell u where the repair section is, online pickup is and where to buy in store would be. Otherwise, the experience was great.

I'm not an Apple person but I needed help with my wife's IMac. They were fast, efficient, and patient. I didn't have an appointment but they got to my problem after only a 15 minute wait.Best of all, they fixed the login problem and explained it so that I could avoid it in the future!Ricky was the best!

This goes to one of the employees COOPER! I wanted to let him& management know that he went above and beyond to help my mom Wendy assist her with recovering her info, pics etc.for 3hrs last week! We both have worked in both retail and management and he stands for exactly what what makes a store become #1!! She was so thrilled and was filled with gratitude beyond words!!I to am so grateful to Cooper for all his help above&beyond ! He is what cust service is all about&his kindness, patience was absolutely amazing &I want to THANK HIM SO VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING HE DID IN RECOVERING ALL HER INFO, PICS ETC!! I wish there were more employees that show this kind of care&wanting to help no matter how hard the task!! Thank you again Cooper for all your help!! We will not go anywhere else for our Apple needs!! Thank you! Cresta!!

The first I went in to upgrade from a iPhone 11 to a 15. Super quick and easy. The girl that help me was great. However shorty I realized I needed the 256 storage and I went in today at 7:45pm not know they closed at 8pm. The girl that “helped” wasn’t to happy. I let her know what I was there for and she went ahead and said to reset the iPhone 15 without it being backed up which she said her self. And getting the new iPhone 15 but now I could transfer the service because she had reset the old phone 15 and I didn’t know the T-Mobile pin, but when I first wen the girl helped me without the temblor pin. And then she proceed to tell me the price of the phone was $1,029.00 when it’s not it’s $1,000.00 and I was only suppose to pay $100 different not a $136 difference. But again this is because she didn’t do her job correctly or thought of a way how to help us beforehand. If I work at an apple sore I know I have to have customer service. And when I asked her about the charge she kept saying that’s was the charge of the iPhone well it’s not because if you had done it correctly that charge shouldn’t be there until the first place. I also lost all the new photos I had taken on the iPhone 15 I first got thanks to her horrible customer service and don’t care for finding a way to help you out quick and efficient. The only reason I say that is because I realized we could’ve got a whole new phone and transfer service there and then done the return but since I don’t work at the Apple Store I realized that after.

Worst experience with any company I've ever had in my life. I will never return to this store, and may never buy another Apple product again after seeing how they treat customers. The store is a super uncomfortable space to be in. The employees gave me absolutely no help, after leading me in circles for 3 hours, my problem was still not resolved.

I came here with the intention of spending at least $2000 on a couple new iPhones. I thought it was interesting how they handles this. Whoever we spoke to just handed us an iPad and told us we could pick any of the available phones that were listed with a green checkmark.Turns out they were basically completely out of stock if every color but black. After a few minutes of deliberatating, we decided we would settle for black.The employee who we approached did not even once make eye contact or even look at us. He told us there'd be a 30 minute wait. And to just stand at the table and wait for someone. We waited and waited and no one came.I'm really just confused. I was ready to spend $$. Why not make it easy for me to do that as a customer. Maybe I just don't know how it works in store. Next time, just let me spend money at your store.

I replaced my iPhone 14 pro under AppleCare. I received a remanufactured phone that is defective poor battery performance dropped, calls, garbles, communication. The Apple store at Fashion Place refuses to replace the remanufactured phone with a new out of the box Apple 14 pro phone, so I am stuck with very poor performance on my iPhone 14 Pro.When I bought the phone at Apple Store Fashion Place, they represented to me that the AppleCare insurance I was buying would replace the phone, if lost or stolen or damaged no questions asked with a new out of the box iPhone 14 Pro they misrepresented the AppleCare entirely. I’m absolutely disgusted with Apple and the staff and store manager at the Apple Store in Fashion Pl., Mall in Murray.

I went after getting an appointment on the phone for the Genius Bar for technical support and ended up waiting over a half an hour. Other people with appointments before me as well we’re waiting for almost 45 minutes to an hour. Very disappointed with the level of customer service from the technical support employees.
