Enrique and Idalia helped me resolve some issues with a horrible experience I had at a different AT&T store. I learned I was working with was a 3rd party vendor. I just thought all AT&T stores were the same. I was switching my whole family from Verizon to AT&T and I know now I would have received a better deal, service & transparency if I would have initially gone to this corporate store at fashion place. Although I am still being charged on my initial bill for devices I ended up returning and shouldn't be charged for, I am grateful for Enrique and Idalia for making a frustrating and horrible experience a little smoother in the end. Thank you!

I came in to swap out my iPhone 13 Pro for the iPhone 15 Pro and my experience was amazing. I don't typically write reviews for quick transactions or jobs. I just wanted to give a shout out to Enrique, who was very helpful and personable.The iPhone I wanted was out of stock in the store and decided to have it shipped to me. He informed me that it would be 3-5 days and that kinda disappointed me cause I wanted one that day. However, AT&T overnighted the shipment to me and the next morning I had one. Props to Enrique and AT&T for making the process simple.

GET IT IN WRITING - extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location.The associate helping us (Cesar) examined my iPhone 11 and verified that it was working and was in good condition. He told me the value of my trade in would be $830 because of the promotion they were running.When I returned the next day to trade in the phone, I was told that they would only be granting a $330 trade in. I was confused and asked him what the issue was. He lied to his manager right in front of me and told her that he said the phone was only worth 300ish the day before. I wouldn't have traded in the phone for that price as it was working fine.Just super sketchy overall, I will never go to this location again and have left a report with corporate. Get any offer from this location in writing, they will scam you.

We had been given the run around on how to make a change to our account. We went to the Bountiful location twice, they told us we had to call customer service, customer service told us we had to go in store. The Layton and the SLC store could not help us. We finally tried this location and Shahab met us as we walked in the door and did not give up on us until everything was clear. He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. We will only be going to this store from here on out. Thank you for taking the time to figure this out for us. Shahab deserves a raise.

My sister and I came in about two months ago to move to the middle unlimited plan. The salesman said there was a promotion where we would be able to get a the better unlimited plan for $65 instead of $75. So we signed up and left but have since received two bills for $80 a line. When we called customer service they told us the never lower the prices on their plans. They switched us to the correct plan we originally wanted and wouldn’t adjust the cost. It appears the salesman lied just to get a higher sale. Super shady and makes us want to leave AT&T altogether.

Anastassia was an absolutely delight to have assist me! Together set up a family plan for myself and my boyfriend within less than an hour!!!! She was super informative and able to help me new up a new line and my boyfriend transfer over his information. I truly appreciate how knowledge and patience she was. Even while there was another customers baby screaming in the background. Loved the experience at this store and so happy I came in

The staff here is always so friendly. I can’t remember the name of the specific employee, but he helped me fix connectivity problems with my Apple Watch and was so patient answering all of my questions.
