If there's 0 star existence, I would give, I earned points from my hard work, first time going there, this guy gives you a dirty look like you're from poor dirt family, oh, that's right, then when you're about to check out he didn't bother asking if I'm finding everything ok what I am looking for, but nope!, he thinks he walks the red carpet, but pure hasty heart, the clothes are very hard to find, so little choice, I waste my money going there, if I knew there's other places I'll go but I didn't know, never ever going back again. Thanks.

Natasha, and another young man made my experience shopping here exceptionally well. They immediately got a room opened for me and were extremely helpful. It’s customer service like this that always keeps me coming back. ❤️

This rating is for the Fashion Place location only. Practically no selection for men. They had two dress shirts. Two. All the jeans are gone. Nothing except some audacious outfits that look like someone from a movie going on a safari (eye roll). I wondered whether they were even carrying men's items anymore. This location gives the shopper the impression that they're about to go out of business. Empty shelves and trying to make it look like they have inventory when they really don't by spreading it out. I suppose they're just doing what they can but other (larger?) BR stores I visit on my travels have pretty good inventory still, despite the last two shitty years of COVID and all the supply chain issues.

I purchased a few items online. The Sizes were not true to fit, so I needed to return them. Instead of sending them back via UPS I choose to drop them off in store. This is an available option presented to me when choosing to return my order online. The store workers would not return the ill fitting clothing, even though I showed them it was an option. They informed me the other Banana Republics stores could just not theirs.Overall not an experience I expect from BR or their associates.

I am rating both the store and Banana Republic (BR) on this review. First the store, is so understocked it looks like they are closing up shop. I asked the sales associate about the lack of items out and the response was ridiculous.. Ok here goes. "Oh it is done on purpose, we want to appear like a high end boutique store, we have plenty of store stock". What the what??? Ok so lets be clear. Boutique items are by definition; items that are specialty with limited types of products and are selective in their inventory, i.e., small product line. Boutique is a fancier name which means shop in French, BR the company actually known as Gap Inc. and is a publicly traded company NYSE:GPS. BR is anything but a Boutique. The store is a large chain clothing store that looks like it is going out of business. Be good at what you are; A chain store with good selection and good products. The Fashion Place Mall store associates are rude, pretentious and I cringe at the thought of having to go in to this store again.BR was once my go to store for quality products. It is a hit and miss as of late. I am not loving the new style line and find myself shopping at other stores to get my items. Feedback for the local store. Get products in the store so customers have items they can touch and try-on. Also huge issue... Teach customer service to your employees.Feedback for BR the product line. For years you have been trying to do a turn around or reinvention to get customer desire back. I think you have missed your mark with the heritage of safari couture collection, largely because of the lack of quality. Sad to see this company go downhill.

Sure wish Banana Rep still offered an ounce of the anticipation & stoke I used to have rolling in there, fingers crossed, that I'd be leaving with an African safari animal on my over priced t-shirt than no one in my circle had. Pay day was when you scored the Rhino! Who's with me!?Now the most you can hope for is finding the same sweater as last time only in a SLIGHTLY different grey and hoping to your god you dont happen to see the shirt you begrudgingly bought the week before for $79 is now magically marked down to $14.99. I once thought it impossible for plaid to be monochromatic. B.R. has proven this theory incorrect.....

Went in to exchange a pair of pants. Sales associate made a big scene checking them out and then accused me of the pants “obviously being worn”. I assured her my husband had only tried them on. She condescendingly told me just this once she would do the exchange. I had spent $600 there and was treated like some kind of criminal. Considering business is down and the store was only partially stocked, you would think customer service would be a higher priority. I’m in retail and would never even consider trying to return a worn item and lying about it. Won’t step foot in this store again. My daughter had a similar experience a month ago trying to exchange something.

I visited this store while recently travelling to the SLC area. Service was excellent! Megan helped me find a nice, slim wallet that is just perfect for me.

Really poor customer service. Doing even a simple exchange is such a challenge. Every visit has been negative at this location. I avoid this store location when and wherever possible.

I used to love the shirt selection and the cotton/linen blends even more, but they're still great and I like shopping here.
