There are very few stores left and I understand this because of online shopping, but even so they are still a good option for those of us who like to look at what we are going to buy, there are those of us who do not like to buy blindly and at Bestbuy it is very practical because The staff is trained to answer questions about the products and if you are in a hurry they will direct us to where the products we are looking for are located. Please don't disappear.

Worst Service ever made me wait 30 mins to get help and when I got help the guy was super rude. They would just walk around doing nothing and not help us.

The manager and his employees are absolutely worthless. Looking at their cell phones is all they do and they look annoyed when you ask for help. Glad they are going out of business

DO NOT GET A CITI BANK CREDIT CARD!! I want to cancel it but I can't. Their login systems have corruptions which causes the system to not recognize you as a customer. They will lock you out of your account every single month. This purchase we did on the card that they talked us into was zero interest for 24 months. Sounds great but if they lock you out of your account and you cannot get in to pay, you will pay interest on the full amount. (thankfully I have avoided this) Their systems are busted. They do not recognize your card information, they don't recognize your social security number and they don't recognize your card number - it is as if you don't exist. I am thankfully set up on automatic payments but have been trying to get logged in to pay it all off but I can't. Spent 40 min on hold and with someone who said I need to call a different department. Sat on hold for that until the line hung up on me. You will spend hours each month trying to sort it out. This purchase was coaxed on us with applying for a credit card. It is not worth the interest free, just pay it in full.

Sold me a broken TV ? The screen is coming off and I can see the insides called for support they refused refund or exchange and referred me to LG. LG saying looks like it was already broken before it was installed! Maybe not covered under warranty. -____- what a waste of $600 ?

My thermostat died and wanted an immediate replacement to start heating my home. Entering the building, there were 3 employees carrying on a private conversation. One greeted me and then quickly returned to their conversation. Made it to where the Google thermostats were located and they were locked behind a glass case. I waited several minutes hoping someone would help me, but nothing. The building was pretty vacant (maybe like 5 customers in there?) So, I don't think I am being petty expecting any employee on the floor to notice me standing in one spot and looking around the store for help.Still, no one came so I pulled out my phone and ordered it on Amazon while standing in Best Buy. I even saved $25 ordering it online...While leaving the store, one of the employees was holding a giant roll of bubble wrap and was walking towards his coworker to bump him. In doing so, he moved backwards from the force of running into his coworker and almost ran into me. Not even a sorry... very unprofessional at the entrance of the store.Extremely frustrating experience and as a customer don't feel I should have to flag someone down to help me, especially when the floor is completely empty, and these employees seem to have time carrying on personal conversations / playing with bubble wrap. I don't plan on ever returning to this store ever again. I will drive further out of my way the next time I plan on doing an in-store purchase.

Place was cleared out of product as if they're going out of business! So many empty shelves we left and went elsewhere.

I bought an open box laptop on a deal. It was an excellent laptop at an excellent price. Unfortunately, 8GB wasn't enough for everything I was using it for, so I chose to return it and buy a laptop with 16GB ram. Took a month or more old laptop back and didn't even ask why am I returning it. The only question they asked was, is there a problem with this laptop? I said NO its excellent. Then he gave me my refund receipt, and it took just 5 minutes. Just for this reason, I will buy more stuff from them. Thank you!
