Bad customer service, they claim high quality products when in reality they are not. When there is an issue don't bother trying to be reasonable, it will get you nowhere.
One color thread washes out and they claim it's the cleaner and not their cheap product then get rude after contradicting themselves about their products.
Q. Why would the blue wash out but not the red?
A. Cheap embroidery thread.

Let’s start by giving them a zero star, the lovely lady I would love to call out her name. She is a season and she works in this building is probably one of the most rudest ignorant down talking awful person I’ve ever had to deal with on a business level. I drove 30 minutes to get the order right and was treated with the most disrespect I’ve ever been treated in my life just for the mistake to get better shoes so I can wear them that fit me

I went in looking for a chefs coat for a Halloween costume but I work in the service industry and didn’t realize how amazing this store was until my visit. I’ll be back to order Christmas gifts for the aspiring kid chefs in my life!

I am writing a review which I usually don't bother with to highlight what I feel has been excellent service by the SLC/Murray branch of BizWear. We ordered numerous complicated design company logo hats, shirts and sweatshirts from them and they came through for us with excellent results. They guided us through very complicated design and set up process since our company logo features 7-9 different colors and shading utilizing both sewing and silk screening designs. The results have been fantastic with numerous compliments and requests for our business clothing items. I have also had experience with them from several local school districts and they have done an excellent job for them also. I will continue to use them for future needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking for or needing logo designed items for any purpose, not just company needs.

Very bad service I put my order in and the employee mess up and try to put the blame on me and threatening me when it was her fault that she mess up the paperwork because I paid and and she mess up and cancel 1/2 my order for my business so I wouldn’t deal business here people they are dishonest and threatening you and for there mistake
