So, our experience wasn’t the best. Made reservations for 6:30 tonight actually. Didn’t get seated like from 10min later. Our appetizer that we got was really good!! Things went down hill from there. We were there for 2 FREAKING HOURS!! Out good wasn’t the best. I felt bad for my husband he got lamb chops and they were burnt, broccoli looked gross and his potato wedges were dry and crispy. Our waitress asked if we wanted boxes and we said no. She’s like why and my husband told her and so she’s like let me get my manager. So, he comes. He’s like what’s going on? My husband told him. My husband wasn’t rude. If you have big groups they will take care of them then if you had a small group like us. It was me, my husband, and our daughter. He didn’t really wanted to listen. Our waitress tried I believe. She got the manger to bring out bill down like a lot which was really nice of her. And we really appreciate it a ton!! While we were waiting for our bill my daughter was looking on the reviews for Brio in Murray and they were all bad!! It seems like they are not wanting to change was is going on!! They had groups that came in after us and they left before us!! So, get a big group so that you will get helped faster!! I don’t think the food matched the price at all. This was our 2nd time there and we had high hopes!! I was so EXCITED for tonight!! We will not be returning to Brio ever again. Please read reviews before you are thinking about going to Brio!! I did not!! Please please do it!!

The start of sourdough bread and butter was tasty, although not generally what I think of when I think 'Italian food'. The portions were adequate (no to-go boxes) and the food was flavorful. One of the great things about it was the lack of wait on a Friday evening. I tend to think that if there isn't a wait, it must not be good, but that wasn't the case.

Maddie was my server and she was amazing !!!Unfortunately she was the host and server and food runner for the day but she kept a smile and kept me in good spirits even though the food was lackluster. There was no bartender so i only ordered a Prosecco. The food i ordered a carbonara which i think would have been a great dish if it was made the traditional way. A fried egg was on top as opposed to the yolk ( as it should’ve been) and i was not a fan at all. Also i have always had this dish with spaghetti or angel hair noodle , i did not like the type of noodle it was like a fusillini. 6/10.Then there was a lemon caper chicken (i don’t remember the name) this is usually my favorite dish anywhere but the breading was so weird and not properly cooked on the chicken 4/10. The caesar salad was not fresh at all. I did order desserts but i was so disappointed with the meal that i got them to go. Maddy is the only reason they have any stars at all.

We helped our teenage son book a reservation for prom through open table. He and his date showed up to be told that they didn’t have his reservation and he showed them the open table reservation. Brio said they wouldn’t accept the reservation and turned my son and his date away. Brio would have never done this to an adult and this is absolutely agist behavior. This was his first formal dance was a very embarrassing experience for his date and him. Before this experience our family frequented Brio and enjoyed it but I can’t support a business that treats people this way, especially when a reservation was made and confirmed.

We came on a Friday night at 7PM and were pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately. Our server Rhiannon greeted us quickly and set the tone for the rest of the meal. She was amazing.I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she was patient with my questions and she made some suggestions and I went with her suggestion of the Pasta Alla Vodka. She was not wrong. It was as good as she said it would be. Hot, creamy and not too spicy. My husband ordered the Chicken Limone and he loved his. He said the lemon caper sauce wasn’t too strong and hit the spot.Between the AMAZING service from Rhiannon and the hot, good food we will be back!

We had an amazing expreience at brio grill. Our waitress ReAnnen was so kind and attentive, she was constantly filling up our drinks and was so accomedating to our dietary needs. I would go back just to have her serve us again! The food is definitely worth mentioning as well. To start we got the spinach artichoke dip which was warm and flavorful. The Brio Pasta and Lobster fettuccine was amazing. Big portions and delicious complementary sour dough bread. If you're looking for a deliciouis date night or celebration spot, Brio is the place to go!

Nice looking place, wants to appear and charge for upscale experience but the food was mediocre and bland. I ordered online and their ticket only showed one out of 3 entrees that I paid for so had to wait for the rest. Bolognese was ok, carbonara and brio dish were so bland we didn't even finish

I took my Love here for Valentines Day. We've never been here. We were very excited to try a new Italian restaurant. I arrived first, they showed me to our table after a short wait. While I sat down the table was so off balance I almost feel over and spilled all the plates, silverware etc on the floor. I had to ask them to balance the table. I know whoever waited/cleaned the table before us could see this. For a semi expensive restaurant I wasn't impressed. The staff should see and check these things before guests arrive. I get it, it's Valentines day. Still, not impressed. We ordered the dinner special which included Salad, Entree and Deseret. We also ordered the Eggplant Appetizer which was AMAZING!The salad was supposed to be a Cesar salad, when it came out the lettuce was brown in some parts, it wasn't romaine lettuce it was iceberg. The parmesan cheese was the powdered cheese you can buy in a can anywhere, not a good start. The appetizer was AMAZING. I ordered the beef tips which was good. My wife ordered the Fettucine, the cream sauce wasn't as creamy as she would have thought. It was just OK, not that great. The desert was great. The place is nice, but from all the problems with the table, food, presentation etc. Then the cost was over $100 for two of us, this is without any alcohol. We won't be going back to this location. We live up north, it was a short drive to get there. There is an place in Ogden that is WAY less and WAY better. If you live up North go to Napoli's in Ogden.

We love the Tuscan Grill. The food is great. The value is great and even at capacity the noise level is low which is important for good conversation.
