The cashier Jill is really rude and make me feel discrimination. I need return one of the clothes I brought online and she refuse to use the return bar code on my order email. She ask me to call the customer service to email the receipt. Which I have to spent 30 minutes to contact them in the front of the counter. And the customer service sent me the seem return code I got on my email. The cashier didn’t even try my email. She is just talking to other customers as I’m not existing. Of course she greeting everyone but that is not the only customer service she should do.

Due to my own fault, I arrived at 10 minutes before closing time and was frantic to buy some pj's for grand kids that I needed to mail the next day. It was 15 minutes after closing when I left. The two clerks could not have been sweeter or nicer to me. I feel awful for making them work over time, but they never made me feel like I had imposed on them. Wow!!! I love how cute and well made the clothes are! I love the prices, they are so affordable for this grandma of 20 grand kids. I also love Osh'Gosh styles and quality! I was way impressed with these two clerks! They are great representatives of your company! Quality goods and quality people!

Carters is my go-to store for baby / child clothing. I love the quality and the selection. One problem though, it can be very hard to figure out what is on sale. The signs are often put by two different clothing items without saying which item is on sale. In-store and online seem to often have different sales, so that is confusing, too.

Had us sign up for their credit card in store and it was ridiculous to sign up to pay the stupid thing. Now sits in the wires wallet gathering dust after it got mailed to us past the payment due date.

I'm not so in to buying clothes for kids, but they have what looks like a good selection and sales pricing. Customer service was excellent as well.

We love the clothes but I was a little upset to not get 50%off during the Labor Day sale when it was advertised that the whole store was 50% off. Many of the pants and shirts that are normally around $8 were still charged $8.

I have a new grandbaby on the way, so I stopped in to buy some clothes. It was a lot of fun to shop and they had so many great things at really great prices.

If I could give this a zero rating I would. Last night at about 6:35 two female sales clerks were overheard complaining that mothers should not be bringing their babies out shopping at this time of night because babies should be in bed by 7 pm. The young mother who heard this remark was crushed that someone would be passing such a harsh judgement on her mothering. Ladies, you have no idea of this woman's circumstances. This was an abysmal failure on two levels. A completely idiotic statement on a sales clerk level - bashing your clients for shopping? And even worse on a human level. You have no idea of her circumstances, you have no right to judge in anyway. Do you know if this is a proud and confident woman who could give a flip about your opinion? Or was she a tender hearted soul in a delicate state? You were both awful and I CONDEMN your words and actions in the harshest manner. I had a poor experience there with a sales clerk a few months ago but this is too, too much! I am fortunate to have two new grandchildren and the means to spoil them silly. I certainly will not be spending a dime in your store even though I love Carter products. Shame on you!

I was waiting for my husband for 15 mins after checkout and they were friendly.Although the oshkosh section is in the middle and i found it at the checkout. Its a little far of sight for those who are new to the store.
