They tried to offer me $39 for a whole bag of camera gear (camera body, macro lens, zoom lens, charger, SD card/card reader) when other shops on the same street offered me more than TEN TIMES that amount. Ridiculous!

Avoid this place. They have no knowledge of watches. The Assistant Manager there turned my Rolex down she also talked to her district manager and was like your watch isn’t real. Yet I have original papers along with authentication from OC Tanner who is a AD for Rolex. Someone needs to teach her customer service. Trying to say my watch was ticking lol obviously she has never seen a Rolex in her life. My movement was smooth. 28,800 bph 3235 Is my movement. She thinks it goes in a circle perfectly with no beats at all. I’ll be reaching out to corporate.

Great people, great service, and fair prices. I went in to pawn my long board and Tyrone took care of me. He was super friendly, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Ill definitely be back next time I'm in a pinch.

I had a great experience with this store and the manager, Jane I think was her name, and the assistant manager, I believe his name was Anthony. They were both helpful and polite. I will definitely go back again in the future.

I went in needing help, and Anthony was here, on shift guiding me with a loan. I truly appreciated his time, and friendly personality he made me feel welcome, and comfortable. And walked me through everything.

The guy there today was a bit of a... yeah. Where's all the nice ladies that worked here? Sad they close sunday as well. Always go here every weekend with my husband. Wont come back.

I seen the past reviews and I dont believe them they are amazing and so helpful they helped me get exactly what I want I'd totally refer friends there price and what's available was great I even asked for a specific items and they called me when they got it. Great experience!!!

Oh my gosh go here if won't to you wanna get screwed. On There layaway paid every payment on time.only ".45 cents"but I did notice Because I a few other layaway.Came in to pay my other layaways a month later including that one... they sold it!!!!!??? and told me I should have pad closer attention .That's OK if I know about 8 long time people shop there and do business there and they're going to find out about this.If you read this Please please go somewhere else ... thank you ..go across the street .That's where I'm going

Victor was very friendly and fair, but the big guy managing him was an absolute j*** and seriously needs to learn some customer service skills. Openly mocking customers seems like a questionable business decision to me. I'm not surprised that the shop was empty during what should be the busiest time of day. First and last time doing business with this shop, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you don't mind them being incredibly unprofessional and making jokes amongst themselves about you right in front of you. Based on other reviews this is a recurring theme at this place.
