Had a great experience with this Enterprise, I had to extend my rental twice because my car repair was delayed, and they were so easy to work with, they were both helpful and professional.

They really helped me when I was in a last minute bind when my car broke down before a trip! Lisa and the manager worked so well with me to get me into a car. I will definitely be renting from them again!

Enterprise is the best place to rent a car from, I wouldn't go any other car rental, their service is excellent, customer service is great it's the best place to go when you need a car. I have been going there for the past 3 years and have only received the best service. Jeff is one great person to deal with, and it's always a pleasure to do business with him.

Natalie went above and beyond with taking care of my month long rental. Dealing with a mishap that required switching to a new rental 2 weeks in, she kept the stress and anxiety that followed down. She genuinely cares about her customers. The day that I returned my rental, there was an elderly woman she was working with. She took all the time needed to address all of her concerns, and sat in the rental with this lady helping her understand her rental before she drove off the lot. Even though I rent very little, I will always come back to this location!

Our family rented a full sized SUV to travel out of state. Enterprise on 3300 south 700 east was REALLY helpful and surprisingly-- their rates were not bad at all. We tried a smaller car rental company and they gave us a low quote of approx $730 but when we went in to sign contracts, it ended up being almost 2k with an end amount of $1200 after all refunds at the end of our trip.We went with Enterprise as a last ditch effort and while we did have some fees & deposits (it was $1100 for deposits and such) at the end of everything, it was only $760 and they made refunds the same day we returned it. Working with Enterprise gave us more travel money for our trip. Had we went with the other company--- it would have been 1200 after they refunded us our huge almost 1k deposits. Not cool at all.We returned the SUV to the Murray location on about 4300 South State street. They were also very nice and helpful.We will be working with Enterprise again when we take another trip out of state.

I had a dumpster come through my passenger window while parked in my personal vehicle. I was standing at Enterprise in Millcreek, Utah, bloody, full of glass and crying, when the manager Sam refused to rent me a car because the credit card expiration being used to rent it was entered wrong in the system by the owner of the dumpster company. Even with Enterprise home office trying to help I was denied a car that day due to no fault of my own. The next day I rented a car for month with no problems from Enterprise. Returning the car was no problem until I needed to rent a car again to have more work done on my personal car. Enterprise came to get me and took me to their 1700 so. 300 west location then refused to rent me a car. No explanation; they wouldn’t even speak to me. I found out after numerous calls to the agency that I had been blocked from renting from Enterprise or any of their affiliates in the future. I contacted both Russell and Justin (area managers) to get an explanation. After 2 weeks of an “investigation” they failed to contact me numerous times with any information whatsoever. A week later I received a text stating that the block would stay in place for a year. Still no explanation. I am disappointed in the professionalism and lacking customer service from this whole establishment. They behaved poorly and immaturely. Don’t set yourself up by giving them your business.

Natalie went above and beyond in a time of need for my partner and I. Give this girl a raise and a candy bar for her hard work and outstanding customer service.We had a car booked at SLC Airport, unfortunately they didn’t have any cars available for a reasonable rate for the time of our trip.We grabbed a Lyft to this location (about an hour before they closed) and Natalie worked her magic. They were in the process of checking out and cleaning multiple cars at once. They almost didn’t have enough inventory to go around to all the customers coming and going. She went in the back, checked in a car, got it cleaned, noticed the key battery was dead, replaced the battery (it looked like she preforming brainstem surgery) and got us our car (for a great rate mind you!).All in all without Natalie we would have been stuck getting in and out of Ubers!Thank you Natalie and team!!!

Worst customer service and management I've ever had from a rental car company. 2 times in 2 months while making an insurance rental which means for sure payment. I've had to argue with not only the low level employees but their management about overcharges, being late, being unprofessional, and being incompetent. I've rented from enterprise for over 20 years and NEVER have they been this unprofessional and incompetent. I don't understand how they even stay in business. In the end they wasted 8 hours of my day got me written up at work for having to be on the phone for my full shift trying to get them to honor their customer contract and still had to take an uber from the auto body shop where my car is being fixed to work and back home because they can't keep appointments apparently either.

After a bad experience with another rental agency I came to Enterprise in hopes of having a better experience. Boy was I wrong. Got told about these policies for people paying with debit cards and if you've lived in Utah less 5 years.(which wasnt actually posted anywhere) and the representative was not helpful and kind of snooty. I presented a recent utility bill 2 different proofs of auto insurance and photo ID and still didn't meet their "policy". We left and went to Hertz who was not only nicer and more accommodating, they gave a better deal for a bigger vehicle.

Service from Jeff at the Murray, Utah location was 5*the vehicle itself, a Nissan Armada, (EKA 1325 from MI) met my needs for size but lacked in other areas…The areas lacking:* Could not get Cruise Control to work - I was on a long trip using wide open Interstate roads - Cruise control would have been nice* Vehicle “lurched” substantially…had to a wait a few seconds after being stopped and placed in Park to make sure no one would get hurt from this action* When placed in Reverse, transmission was slow to respond* Had to reduce speed a lot when maneuvering on highway curves.. i knew this was a big vehicle… but i thought it would handle better

Very efficient. Car in excellent condition. Prompt pickup from body shop and courtesy pickup of rental when my car was repaired.
