Very poor customer service. I needed some help and one worker was not able to totally help me so her fellow coworker had more experience and stepped into helping me. He said a word or two, told me to wait…alto be ignored and not come back to; although I had made myself clear. So I was unable to follow thru with any copies. The lady told me my card had been declined due to the problem of not being able to copy and not to worry; it wouldn’t be charged. I ended up walking out after being ignored. THEN!!! I get home and $5.00 has been charged to my debit card with absolutely nooo service!!! I’m very shocked and angry for such service and intend to go back in for my refund.

I am upset that Kinkos charges me $2.50 if I walk in and ask the team member to print something for me. I have to use the website because of this. I am upset about the difficult of use your website presents. Your website is extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly AT ALL. I am upset that I have already paid for my order, but when I go to pick it up I have to wait 20 mintues to get it. Why can I not just grab it and go? It is already paid for, why do I have to wait so long to get it? I am upset that your store did not give me a receipt, so I am unable to do the survey. I am upset that I called the number that is online to make a compalint and that department is closed. No one who I talked wo could give me the web address to go online to take the survey about my experience. The web address is on every receipt, but I was not given a receipt in order to have that address. I am upset that one of the customer service representitives I talked to hung up on me. I am upset that there is no feedback at the end of calls to your representives. I am simply trying to make copies and it has taken 3 hours of my time. ABSURD!

If I could give 0 stars I would. FedEx is the worst shipping company! This is the second time a package has been delayed because a driver did not want to contact me. I had a phone shipped and it was supposed to get to me on Monday and it STILL has not shown up!! GARABAGE!

Open lobby with huge windows for natural light, helpful employees, and quick service. This FedEx was clean and well maintained. Shipping was easier and faster than I anticipated with Pact eco friendlier happy returns process that uses less packing material. Glad this FedEx participates in the program. Overall based on this experience I would be back for future shipping needs. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I am switching to UPS, which is saying something. The final pick up happened before 5pm. I arrived at 5:03 pm, to drop off a computer for an executive at my company, and was informed that I had missed pick up.I certainly should not have to leave the office at 4:30 to traverse the 5 minutes to the store in order to make it by their ridiculously early drop off time, and I certainly do not have time to go to the depot clear on the other side of town. Which is why I choose to go to the closest store for drop off.The snarky remarks of the lady working the counter solidified my displeasure with their service. Looks like UPS will be getting all of our corporate shipping dollars if I can help it.

Trying to use the computer station is a nightmare. Employee gave me inaccurate information about the cost of what I was printing. Print job didn’t come out right but I didn’t feel like paying for it all over again. Decided to just go somewhere else

Had to call their 800 number four different times to get information and was told something different every single time! Absolute garbage. I am surprised that anything they deliver gets where it’s supposed to go on time.

Erica and Cody were great! My order took a little while, and it was nice having two people who knew what they were doing, but we're also fun to talk to. Will definitely be going back!

Cody was awesome. He was so nice to help us out with our wedding invitations. I though it would be a whole ordeal getting these done (weddings are stressful!!!) But Cody really took care of us. Our experience was an 11/10! If I could give more stars, I would.

Would give this location zero stars if we could. Cody let us know that there would be an almost 24 hour turnaround on getting 2 items spiral bound. Gladly taking our business elsewhere. The store was not busy (1 other customer) and was supposed to be open until 7. We came in at 6:30. Got the job done in 5 minutes at a competitor. Horrible customer service.

I came into the FedEx office during the first part of December 2021. I needed to ship a large case with some special equipment inside. Ricardo at this location was absolutely fantastic. He helped me get everything put together so easily and efficiently. Sometimes when I go to a place where I have to ship some thing I am frustrated by the paperwork and everything needed to be done. Ricardo made the efforts to make sure that I had a great experience at this FedEx office location. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been going to this location for years & never had a problem. I went Monday august 9th & the girl helping me was rude & acted like I was putting her out by asking for a simple photocopy. It took twenty minutes to make 2 copies, both which came out blurry & not positioned how I asked. She then added an extra fee for “adjustments” which I’ve never had in 5 years going to this location. Considering how helpful they’ve been in the past this level of service was really disappointing.
