I happy and sad at the same time that Millcreek Pharmacy has retired after 65 years. They had a LipBalm Eurhenics that they compound and now we can no longer buy it. I don't know how many customers ordered it but it was a life saver for me. I understand that they did not give the compound to the Pharmacy that they refer you to. :(

This Pharmacy has my Business for life! Jason, Paul, Ahmed & the rest of their crew have treated me with incredible customer service for the past 8 years. They have gone way out of their way to help me. I was leaving town & Paul made a special trip to fill my prescriptions after hours so I would not go without my meds. That is only one of many things these guys have done to help me out. It makes me sad that people are leaving poor reviews for Millcreek about Budget rent a truck who rents office space in the building. Leave that for Budget rental not the Pharmacy. This Pharmacy is one of the last Ma & Pa businesses & the customer service is above & beyond! I cannot say enough about how great & helpful the staff have always been.

I reserved a 12 foot moving truck from the Murray, Utah Budget Truck Rental for November 11, 2017. The address is 1260 Vine St., Murray, UT 84121. Phone is 801-262-0768. I had arranged for several people to help me and they waited while I went to pick up the truck at my assigned time, 10 am that morning. When I showed up a very gruff man (the owner??) was in the lot. I told him I had a truck reserved and he said "No, you don't - we have no trucks left." I showed him my reservation and printout of it from your company. It has a confirmation #1808222496805. He looked it up and said it had been canceled. I DIDN'T cancel it. He said that national had canceled it. I had NO notice that had happened. I called the national number and the woman who answered told me that the owner (wish I had his name) is the one who canceled. He was very rude and almost had me in tears. I will never use your company again and will report this both on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. This is inexcusable - the worst customer service I've ever had. Thank goodness a kind man at UHaul helped me and it was a pleasant experience. Your guy made NO effort to help me find another truck. He was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Believe me, Budget will NOT ever get my or my family's business again.

Someone who I would assume is the owner of the business was extremely rude. I pulled into the mostly empty parking lot (thinking this was no big deal) next to the Chevron because their lot was full. I get out of my vehicle and again the person I assume to be the owner comes out and very rudely asks what I'm doing and tells me to get my vehicle off of his lot. Doesn't give me a chance to explain anything, just flat out tells me get completely off his property right now. For all he knew I had to go to the chevron then over to the pharmacy but he didn't even ask. I would never do business with anyone that treats a random stranger so rudely. I'm amazed he can even stay in business with an attitude like that. It was just ridiculous.

Paul does an amazing job at taking car of his customers. Every time i call he remembers my wife's name without even asking. he goes above and beyond to make sure we get the supplies we need and makes sure we can afford it.
