Liz and Gary were AMAZING!!!! My fiance and I walked in to find a wedding band for our ceremony the next day, but instead my fiancee surprised me by buying a beautiful wedding set. Liz and Gary shut the store down to go run my wedding ring to get sized and had it ready for pick up that same evening!!! I can not express how thankful I am to these two lovely people for making the impossible...POSSIBLE!!! Many, many thanks ?

Buyer beware if you value your health. I had my ears pierced back in December. I went to donate plasma and the plasma center said they need a copy of the health department certificate to show sterility. The West Valley location where I had it done was closed due to Covid 19 so I went to the Fashion Place location in Murray. They couldn't help me so I did an online chat and they said they couldn't (wouldn't) help me. Then they disconnected the chat and I couldn't get back on to clarify. So they are doing piercing without being monitored by the health department? I should have just gone to one of those teenage shops like Claire's. It certainly would have been cheaper and apparently a lot safer.

The buying experience was decent, although lengthy. Once I made the purchase, the customer service proved to be horrible. My ring set has been sent into the design and service center 4 times. Each time, it’s been returned with something wrong. The last time, I was told it would be hand delivered to the “master craftsman” along with a photo of what needed done. It was returned incorrect, once again. My band then snapped completely off the following day. It’s been sitting in a box for 4 weeks because of the covid19 closures. Kay Jewelers is open for new sales, but for those who’ve already made purchases, and need help, their service center is still closed. I’m beyond extremely disappointed, and will never purchase anything there again.

My boyfriend bought me a ring more than a month ago that was not my size, at that time they told him that they could take the ring to the jewer to have it fixed and they would have it ready in two weeks. So a few days later we returned with the ring to adjust it at my size, that day at the store they told us it would take 2 and a half weeks, when 2 and a half weeks passed, my boyfriend was waiting for the e-mail to go pick it up, so someone call to tell him that the ring had already arrived at the store but it was reported that a stone was poorly adjusted and they would send it urgently to fix it, they told him that it would be ready in 2-3 days and again at the deadline he didn't receive any message or call, so he called them, they said that the ring has been already in the store to pick it up but when we went to the store surprise again!! the ring wasn't in the store and now we must wait another 4 days to receive it, but everything just seems like a mockery because they don't keep their deadlines and they don't communicate anything or give us an update.

2012 Feb, I bought this ring for my wife. We've kept our warranties alive by going in every 6 months. But recently the ring just bent. How??? It's about to snap somehow. My wife is a stay at home wife. Disappointed on how the ring bent. Hopefully they can help us and make it straight again.

Just visited for the first time today as I am in need of a necklace! I visited 3 different jewelry stores before going to this establishment and I neither of those impacted me as much as this store. Gary made me feel super comfortable and at home. He was patient. He was informative. He gave me a feeling as if he cared. I didn’t feel this when I visited those other stores. The worst. Will never buy from Kay again. Have a Levian ring that I bought a few years ago. They sent it to be resized smaller and after not hearing from them for awhile I called and was rudely told they would email me when it came in. After a few weeks I called again and was told, 'oh ya, we have it.' Still no email. When I went to pick it up it was missing a diamond. They told me that they would have it fixed within 24 hours. Well it has been a week and they still do not have it fixed. They have had my ring for almost 2 months now. I'm super annoyed.

I walked into Kay jewelers today, looking for some information on adding stones to a ring I had, I was ignored when I first walked in. When I tried to grab the attention of an associate, they didn't acknowledge me at all, I was in the store for around 20 minutes, looking at existing rings and trying to talk with someone. I was ignored the whole time I was here. I may not look like I have money, but I was willing to pay for adding gemstones to an already existing ring, I've been planning this endeavor for months and wasn't even greeted. I went to another jewelry store and thankfully got an estimate on the price and time it may take. I'm very disappointed in this store.

I should have left a review back when I purchased my wife's ring because than I would have given 5 stars! Purchased the ring from two VERY helpful and entertaining women I believe was Christin and the Harry Potter lady (I can't remember her real name but remember her saying that). They both paid so much attention to detail and actually listened to what I had in mind for the ring. They worked with my budget and I left with something much bigger than I ever thought I could get my now wife. We went in last week for our ring inspection and to get a gift for a family member and just wow.... The store was a complete mess. The girl behind the counter was obviously very overwhelmed and frustrated. Seemed like she was trying to only half way acknowledged us.. she inspected the ring and went back to what she was doing. Did not check to see if we needed anything else. An older gentleman was walking around the store talking on his cell phone, then approached us asking if he could help us... I didn't realize he worked there considering he was on his phone.. We let him show us a few things but the amount of pressure he puts on you to just buy anything even after we told him they wouldn't like it, was just unbelievable. We left with nothing and not sure we will return to this location till they can get it together again.

I just wanted to say that I appreciate how kind the rep Brady was when we came in to this store to have a ring checked and cleaned for warranty purposes. He had a lot of helpful recommendations for us and got us out quickly. He even took down my phone number to follow up with questions that I had.

Kelsey and Julia are really wonderful. They've been a great help during our process of purchasing engagement and wedding rings. Kelsey went above and beyond multiple times. I'm very happy with the beautiful rings that we have and can't wait to wear them every day. We did have some communication issues - they couldn't find my wedding band that was ordered to the store; I was directed to Gary twice and both times he said he'd call back and didn't, so after calling about 4x we just went in in person the ring was right there, a few weeks early.

Went in with 3 watches for battery replacement, 2 were fine, the third they broke a pin and didn't have the parts to fix it. Tried to upsell me on a new watch after saying there wasn't anything they could do. Won't be going back.

I absolutely hate Kay jewelry!!!! I got my husbands wedding band at Kay jewelry. I am always taking it in every 6 months to get it inspected and always have to send it in to get replated which totally sucks. Not the point today. After 3 weeks it was finally ready to be picked up. I went in to pick it up... worst customer service ever.... I think I was waiting for 20 min. Just to sign and pick it up.... there were 3 ladies there. One was on A conference call.... the other 2 were helping people.... finally when someone was going to help me... The other lady said I wasn't next so she had to go the other lady... holy heck. Finally the on lady that was on the conference call after 20 minutes came over to help. Only took less than 2 min...Didn't apologize for the wait or anything.... I hate that place so bad...Besides the jewelry is crap. I will only go to Shane Co. from here on out... And only refer people there. #hatekayjewelery
