I wouldn’t buy this couch again since the company does not have their customers best interest. It literally only holds together until about the 3 year mark and then it’s out of warranty. I called the company 35 days after the warranty ended after the show room told me I should call corporate because I was “ still under warranty” and then found out that I was not. The rep said “our managers are not willing to do anything to help extend your warranty”. We had a loss in the family so calling beforehand was out of the question. When I asked for manager she said one would have to call me back. They never called. I think it’s pretty ridiculous to spend 7500$ on a couch that will only last 3 years until the cushions are uncomfortably flat and then to have the company not hold up to their warranty when it was only a month late is absolutely terrible service. If you buy from a small more customer oriented place, this wouldn’t happen. But lovesac only cares about their bottom line.

Every time I shop here I feel right at home and Naomi made this experience even better. She was very helpful through the whole process and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. I love this product. The customer service provided at this location is unmatched you never feel pressured to buy, they just truly want to help you find the right product for you.

Naomi was awesome. She spent a lot of time with us to figure out the right arrangement, how many pieces to order, etc. and she was very patient. Can’t wait till we get our love sac!

Had a wonderful experience working with Grace. She managed two us us solo, buying at the end of the night on a Friday. Did a great job explaining everything and bouncing back and forth between people.Also, Lov Sac’s are the best option for durability, comfort and if you ruin something you can swap out that individual piece.

It was hard to get help. I needed a new cover for an ottoman I was adding to another sofa. I had purchased the wrong cover and needed to return the one I bought online and find the correct one. First she said she couldn’t make the return. This seems ridiculous. Later I emailed costumer support and they told me stores can make returns. Next it took me 15 minutes to get her attention to get samples out so I could find the correct cover. Then I needed to check out and I am a designer and have a trade account. Which she said I can’t use or do in the store. I showed her an email I got from the person who set up my grade account saying I could use it in the store. It took her 20 more minutes to realize I wasn’t leaving until she helped me. She was so slow to help me and I believe she didn’t want to and was hoping I’d leave and get it online. I didn’t and she finally helped me. It took me over an hour to order a single cover for my ottoman and I didn’t get to make the. Return. It was ridiculous. She did end up helping me but felt I was such an unconvince to her for just being in the store. Also to order the cover I had to fill out so much paper work. Like the order was on paper. It was old school and weird.

We went in the store & asked a couple basic questions interested in these after the commercials . The two ladies working that day were zero help. When I say zero, I mean none. They told me to answer any questions we would need to be there for about an hour. Who has that much time to look at one brand is sofa You may or may not want???? Rude, disrespectful of my very valuable time, and complete lack of any basic costumer service skills.

Staff was super, super friendly. Display pieces were incredibly comfortable, and there were options to design your own pieces.Unfortunately, they do not ship to Alaska, so we weren't able to buy one.

My first review ever, never felt the need to write a review. Horrible sales people today at the Fashion place mall. Very snooty ladies working today. I tried asking questions about the couch I already purchased and got zero help and wasn’t even acknowledged.

I purchased my sactional in 2020. The customer service at the store was great then. However, I had done a ton of research online, built the sactional I wanted on the website, measured the room it was going in and had all the details ready when I went to my appointment at the store. Since then I'm pleased with how well it has held up. I have some things I'm not thrilled about especially because the sactional is expensive comparatively. Mainly 1) The "ease" of moving the pieces into different configurations and 2) the price of accessories aka extra extra foot and metal clamps.The sactional, in my opinion, is over priced. It's plywood, screws and some fabric. Not that much engineering went into making these. The founder just patented it so no one else could do this. Let's be real about that. But I do love it and have enjoyed using it. We saved up and bought these when our old sectional finally gave out.These are not easy to reconfigure. My husband, who is fit and strong struggles getting the metal clamps to pull the pieces together. This is a mass manufacturing error because the pieces do not always line up. You really do have to get some slots to line up just right for them to go together. Then you have to pray you don't cut yourself trying to push the metal clamps into the slots. My husband has cut himself several times on the sharp wood edges from the sides slots. Why weren't the edges sanded/rounded? It's expensive enough that should be done. Last night I needed to add a piece to my sactional to make a "bed" configuration. It was very difficult to get the metal clamps into the respective slots. I did not move the foot pieces around because I'd have to take apart the entire sactional to do that.That brings us to the overpriced accessories. When we purchased the sactional our sales person and the manager both said enough foot pieces would come with it to make all the configurations we discussed. This was not true. We have since found we needed two extra foot pieces. They are $50 each. They're MDF and the laminated wood has started peeling off on most of our foot pieces. The product is an insult for the price. The foot pieces are great for giving the sactional a sturdiness, however, they make reconfiguring a pain in the behind. The pieces must line up perfectly with the foot to fit in the slots. This brings up the mass manufacturing issues again. It becomes a chore to reconfigure.The fabric covers came smelling super bad. They are nice fabric but we had to air them out and wash them before we could use them. They smelled of strong chemicals. I know a lot of fabric mills are in China now so I'm not surprised these came from there but the smell was atrocious.The cushions have held up well enough. They don't hold there shape for long when being used as an ottoman or chaise.Just a reminder, the sactional is more expensive than other options. I expect more from something so expensive. A 4 piece sactional cost us $5000+ on sale in 2020. It also took them 2 months to ship them which surprises me since they're just mass manufacturered parts. They aren't making these to spec for each order. Overall, I only recommend these if you can afford them. I do love my sactional but it does have some downfalls that it shouldn't have. Just wanted to give people an honest review after using these for 2 years.

Was absolutely planning to buy a sac today. When I walked in, there were 3 sales people and a couple in the store. Nobody greeted me. I asked if I could sit on one of the sacs. I sat on it. Walked around and sat on another. Sat on two couches. Then I looked at the sactionals and the board with the squares. Still nobody asked if I needed help. Then two people walked in to talk to the associates. They were greeted and I think the associates knew them so they started talking. At this point I walked out. My husband is happy because I did not spend the money for a love sac. I guess I will go elsewhere.
