If ur white ur gonna get taken advantage of here they think your stupid I'm tired of the scams they keep pulling real convenient they say ask for upgrade price and some how it's still sticker price or 10 dollars off I went to a different location completely different and way lower prices just make sure u use ur brain when coming here

They charged me almost triple here for a basic sim card and service, which should have been free. Make sure you call another store before you go here so you know if they're ripping you off or not. 0/5 stars.

Yet another phone store that has posted hours and no one is there, door locked. Waste of fuel, try somewhere else.Edit: due to the reply and engagement of the owner, I will change my rating. Please change your posted hours to reflect your actual timeframe. It would be very helpful for others.

We came in and needed a phone ASAP as one of my partners lost their phone and we needed to be in contact with each other for a job. RAFAEL was super helpful and educated us on the best setup for our needs. He went above and beyond. I would recommend this store purely on Rafael's customer service skills. Thank you again Rafael.

One guy trying to help 3 people, didn't speak English, made it difficult to get some answers I needed plus I was in a hurry & figured out I wasn't going anywhere for a while. So I stepped outside to get some fresh air for about 5 min. went back in & suddenly I was the only customer, he helped me right away, was very nice about it, made me happy and I left. I don't know what he did in those 5 minutes, but the place was cleared out. I'm sure he helped all of them & did a good job like he did with me.

Best experience I had out of any metro store. Usually they suck. Emily was a big help and very honest about the questions I asked and had good communication skills. Asked a couple questions I'm usually lied to about by reps but she was honest and very friendly. Excellent job.

They don't even deserve one star I was just here 7:31pm Oct 19.The girl working needs to be trained on everything! She did NO help at all, I asked her the simplest questions like can you check to see if any other stores have what I needed. Her response was,"no I don't know any other stores numbers"...I understand not knowing them by heart but come on, even simply 'offering' to help look them up would of been some help. She was either lazy or this was her 1st day, even then one should @ least offer more help or provide an excuse.

The staff went above and beyond what I expected and made my day so much better. Thank you so much you saved me lots of time. I need two new SIM cards and a phone activated to replace a stolen phone. Samuel, Spencer, and Juan made sure I was taken care of after a long stressful day. I will be coming back for sure.
