I was shopping for some nice jewelry for a fancy new years eve party. I walked in and started browsing what they had and an older saleswoman came up to me to ask if I needed help. That's great. I told her I was looking to see if anything caught my eye, and she looked me up and down and said in a very condescending way "we have some items on clearance if you would like to look at those." I wasn't wearing anything fancy, but that is no indication of whether or not I could afford the full-priced items in their store, which I could. I did not appreciate the judgmental and snooty attitude, so I took my business elsewhere. Never coming back to this location, and perhaps never back to Pandora because of the arrogant attitude of their employees.

Unfriendly sales associates accused me of not having an all Pandora bracelet and broke it without asking. Doesn't make me want to return.

Really disappointed in their customer service as previous reviews have mentioned the employees being rude. My mom had ordered a charm and was following up after being told it would take about three weeks for it to come in. After walking in, no one approached her when she stood nearby waiting for assistance until she had to ask for someone's attention. The sales associate Ellen proceeds to tell her that her item is backordered and that there's nothing they can do. She didn't even try to check and see if the order was actually in the store when asked. So my mom left and shortly after, she got a call saying it was there.

Horrible experience at Fashion Place mall. The manager was rude. Had a promise ring for less than a year and the stones are already coming out. It's supposed to come with a warranty but no one was smart enough to find it or look. I will never waste my time or money at this store again.

Very rude sales associates at this store! Walked in there saw that a charm book was open and started looking through, some rude lady that worked there slammed the book shut and said only for employees! Then told me that my pandora bracelet looked fake! Well dang lady maybe you guys should work on making your products look better, being as every charm on my bracelet is from pandora.

So I bought the in my heart bracelet gift set for my wife for Mother's Day and a few days after I can see some corrosion in between the two little hearts so I go back to the store and tell them if they can clean it up and they try, the lady told me it was like brand new so I look at it and it was the exact same way I gave it to her, then I told her well my wife might wanna return it and get something else and she said ok just bring your receipt because I'm still in between the 30 days, so we go back and my wife starts picking something else and the manager comes up to me and tells me that the corrosion is a normal defect and that I can't return it.

Honestly? If I could give it zero stars I would. The sales people are either complete morons, or just plain awful. It's like they can't be bothered to help me. Last time I checked this isn't a high end jewelry store, I don't deserve to be treated so horribly. And the manager is totally incompetent, rude, short, and overall not suited to run this business. Save yourself a headache, and 2 MONTHS of waiting for your product that they should have in store, and shop online. Ridiculous.

Some of the sales people are nice and very helpful. Unfortunately some are abrasive and act like they can't be bothered to help you. I was told my special order would take 3 weeks. The store manager later informed me that it could be 2 months! Her attitude was edgy and rude. Will not be shopping here again!

I've honestly had such an awful experience with this place. My boyfriend bought me this gorgeous wrap around ring from them for Christmas and within a month and a half 8 of the diamonds had fallen out. So I went in and they gave me the number for their distribution place. I tried calling everyday for 2 weeks and everyday I was on hold until they closed. So I finally went back in and the lady said that's so unusual and told me she would order me a new one and ship it to me and that it should take about 2-3 weeks. So now today I realized that I took it in a little more than a month ago, so I called in explained everything and the lady looked up my name and asked me “did you want it shipped to you?†Um yes that's what I was told. So then she proceeded to tell me they got it in a week and a half after I went in to order it AND I WAS NEVER CALLED. So I've been waiting around for my ring for nothing. Absolutely ridiculous, would not recommend.

My boyfriend bought me a ring here last night, we came in about 30 minutes before close. The gal that was helping us was kind of snappy with me when I was in there. Then my boyfriend went back in there about 10-15 minutes to close, he said the lady kept trying to rush him out. Wasn't the greatest person to help us but wasn't terrible. Love my ring tho!

Iriiaenid helped us when we stopped into this store. She was amazing! She spent so much time with us picking out bracelets and charms. She helped make the experience personal and her excitement and enjoyment of her job was amazing!
