Very nice office. I usually get lab work done in Florida locations where my residence is. This office was beautiful in comparison. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's hard to imagine where any bad reviews would come from. Almost like they were at a different location.

Nice, efficient staff.

8:30am to 3:30pm are the hours. Its like nobody considers the working person anymore. They need to stay open till at least 7pm. I guess nobody likes to work hard these days. At least the employees are nice.

3 minutes to get through the automated system just to be told their office is closed till 9am.

There is no one in this place good when I went to them. The nurses are all not good and the doctor is ØŒnot good and he could not diagnose the funny thing. .They did not use the computer

Came here for employer sponsored blood draw

This place is AWFUL! Came here on a Tuesday (2/26/19) morning first thing and I am still sitting here 1 hour later.... Waiting. They have only one person working, she is not In a good mood at all. I don't blame her given she is running around like crazy. There are a bunch of people sitting in the waiting room just waiting on her. Come on people figure this out. Why only schedule one person to work?! If you can go anywhere else do it.... This is the last place I would recommend to anyone.

They need to have more than one person on staff, and the waiting room is full. Come on Quest.
March 2019 by Marybeth M.
I would be sure to check ur billing! Quest does not know how to bill! They have processed both my annual labs as sick visits instead of preventative. I will be using labcorp from here on out!!!

After four visits I feel like this place deserved a review. Nobody likes giving blood so it's not too surprising for the low ratings here. And it seems like a lot of people facing drug addiction issues are forced to come here. Setting all of that aside in four visits I've had to wait no longer than 5 minutes. The check in is super easy. The nurses do a great job. And it's almost a pleasure visiting ;)

No one answers the phone, no one greets you when you walk in. Just a sign that says Pmease Sign In and there is one tech working. Been waiting for 30 minutes for a simple blood draw-and there aren’t a lot of people here. There is just one lab tech/phlebotomist running the whole place. This is terrible.

***DO NOT FOLLOW THE GOOGLE DIRECTIONS!!!*** That will only take you circling around a McDonald's, which is most dangerous, if you've been fasting, for the past 10 hours. :-/ Their actual location is WEST of Discount Tire and State Street, in the St. Mark's Hospital - Surgery Center. (See my attached pix.) They are located on the 2nd floor. Their staff are really kind, helpful and fast! They told me that their boss has tried to contact Google, about the incorrect directions, several times already. Sorry about you getting pricked, but at least it's with nice people. ;)

Fast each and every time I went there to get an analysis for my urine. Fast, friendly and kind. Although not an experience we all want to look forward to it was easy and professional. I might not look forward to next time but knowing it was a decent experience I feel at ease if I do have to go back as it wasn't all that bad.

I waited an hour and a half for a drug test. They were short staffed and had one person working. The one lady who was working moved very slowly too and didn’t even try to move quicker. I don’t recommend this location.

I love the girl who drew my blood. Very nice and super funny! I promise you my husband we're still laughing..days later. I definitely will be going back if more blood work needs to be done!

As a patient that has to get routine lab tests monthly and from out of state, this location was professional and efficient. Pulled up my orders from out of state , pulled my blood and my Dr in California had the results in 24 hrs. In and out in 30 minutes. Appointment recommended but I was able to get in early and out without one.

I went in at 8:45 on a Monday and was greeted by a very professional technician immediately. She was clear about the whole process and I was out in 10 minutes flat. Didn't experience any of the described issues in the other comments.

This was my first biometrics screening, so I didn't know what to expect. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! The thing that took the longest was checking in on the iPad! (I was being too aggressive...apparently a light touch works better) As soon as I was done checking in, I went right back to be weighed, blood pressure taken, and three tiny vials of blood drawn. **AJ was friendly, helpful, and efficient.** I barely felt the needle when he put it in to draw blood. If I wasn't expecting it, I don't think I would've detected the prick of the needle. For reference, I made an 11am Tuesday appointment online and came in (six minutes late) to ZERO people in the waiting room.

Upon entering there is no one except a tablet and a huge sign to greet you stating, "Please Sign In."
There were four of us at 8:45 in the morning. One gentleman had an appointment at 8:30, mine was at 8:45 and the other two were walk-in appointments.
After wondering what was going on for twenty minutes (no employee coming to check on us or to let us know that someone was working) we started talking.
Finally, a brown haired woman with a long pony tail (a tech) came out followed by another woman. A patient? Someone for an interview? No idea. She didn't acknowledge us. I mentioned that there were four of us waiting. I asked her what was the hold up and she curtly replied that she 'was trying to get her order in and it might be a while.' None of us even knew what she meant by that.
Honestly, if expectations are managed and communication happens, it goes a long way. Just come out and let us know you are running into problems or whatever. Now there are seven of us waiting. I just rescheduled my appointment at a different location.

The experience at this lab was incredible. There was no wait time and I was able to start at exactly the time I was scheduled for. My test was very advanced and my tech, AJ, was very thorough about what the test would entail. He took the time to combine my order into the least amount of vials necessary, and then carefully explained to me which tests I would need to take at the hospital. The process was quick and comfortable. AJ even called me after to follow up on some details and helped me schedule for the following week. I am so happy with the whole experience and their staff!

I've been sitting here for about 40 mins they have taken 3 people who after me back she over looked my name. No front desk receptionist. Very slow doctors office they don't seem to know what their doing. I personally would never come here except I have to for a drug screening

They have a phone number posted and its useless, you cant speak to anyone at this office. As if the process of labwork wasnt annoying already, i cant wait for the new tecnology of 15 min doctors office lab work to be approved by the fda. It will get rid of the frustration. If you call the number on the websearch be prepared for the runaround.
Ive yet to meet anyone who has positive feedback. Most likely if there are, theyre employees or affiliated of some kind.

I have had to use Quest Diagnostics a few times because of my insurance and I have never had any problems with them... They are always courteous, helpful and professional.. I have never had to wait more then 15 min to get my work done. And AJ (If I remember his name correctly--sorry :-)) was extremely helpful on the phone when I called to help me find the place and to help with making an appointment... (and he does a great job of drawing blood for your tests.)
Thanks for great service...

Got my blood drawn there and never got my results back. I tried calling several times only to get an operator who could never link me up with an actual person

You will be warmly welcomed by and empty reception desk and an hour long wait in silence. This place really needs more employees. I even went at the "slow" time they recommend. Find somewhere else!

This lab is understaffed and hard to find as the signage is poor. They also lost my sample or "rendered it unsuitable for testing". How do you screw up a simple test. I wouldn't send my family to Quest ever. Find a lab that values their patients and quality. Hey are definitely profit over quality.

There is an empty reception desk.. and I think one single worker. Such a slow process. It took over 15 minutes before they came to take the first person. When they did a name from the sign in sheet was called and they went, Severely disappointed.

I just wanna pee in the cup and get it over with for the love of all that is holy! The poor girl working here was all alone and had no re-enforcements on the way. She did fantastic under the circumstances and still managed to get me in an out in under an hour. My company requires the occasional UA because our office is connected to our warehouse and we provide flammable/combustible woodworking and cabinetry supplies so I guess they don't want us fucked up at work. So I come here several times a year. It seems like they are consistently under staffed. If they had even 2 people working at a time and one on call - they would go so much quicker. Hopefully they'll get it together because it's so annoying that I have no choice but to come here and waste hours of my day. I've talked to my CEO about switching to in house testing if this place doesn't change.
