Ordered take out. Very efficient. Appreciated social distencing efforts and especially staff wearing masks.

Being the first time out to eat in public in months and looking forward to a great meal we where hit with a limited menu, but we are so horribly disappointed it was the worst fish and chips ever it was rubbery and had no flavor, even the fries where not good no offense but even the ketchup and tarter sauce wasnt good, I cancelled my drink order also they didn't have a fully stocked bar when they said they did the service was below average as well. I never complain about my meals out but this was beyond disappointment. My husband and I will not ever go back I'm sorry to say ?Good luck to all that eat there I hope you have a better experience.

Worse place I've ever ate. I've been to red lobster before but this place was by far the worst sea food place my family has ate. My husband ordered a salad and When it arrived it had a fly in it. Were told they would give his meal a discount but my husband wanted to walk out. I assured him that his main dish would be better so we stayed. We waited for 45 minutes for are food, by then I wanted to walk out but we waited anyway. We finally got are food and We were expecting hot food but are lobster, crab, salmon, and steak were all cold and that was are main foods we came to red lobster for. We were by then disappointed and disgusted. We wanted to just leave. We paid for are $90 bill which we felt we shouldn't have and then we left unsatisfied. Never going to red lobster again. Joe's Crab Shack will be are sea food place to go from now on.

We go here every month or two we like the service and the food. Depending on the current special the waits can be quite long. There is noting amazing about this red lobster, like most chains it does what it does and does it well.

I placed my order early in the day for a pick-up at 6:30pm for curbside pick-up. I get there early and dial the number on the curbside side to let them know I'm here, but get put on hold for 10-15 minutes only for an automated message to tell me that no one was available to answer my call and to hang up and call again. I do this 2-3 more times and decide to walk in to see what's going on. There are tons of other people waiting for their orders. I saw one person demanding a refund and another person that's working for a food delivery service that has been waiting for 3 hours to deliver their food. We were notified that they were 2 hours behind and have turned off the sound for their phones since there were too many phone calls coming in. It would have been nice to know that before being put on hold for about 45 minutes. They should really take the sign down if they didn't want people calling in. We get our food two hours after arriving, with 3 complementary slices of cheesecake. They forgot one person's meal out of our entire order that we paid we paid over $100 for, but that's okay! I guess they'll just eat the 3 complimentary cheesecakes for dinner! (Not). We had to go back in to retrieve the missing order, which made us wait even longer. Our food was cold by the time we left the curb. When we got there, there were a bunch of people there, inside and outside. We saw other cars come in for curbside pickup after us and got their food before us. My family and I love Red Lobster, but we will not be coming back to this location after this experience. This is one if the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We understand that it's Mother's Day, a national holiday, and we should let the restaurant know a head of time if we have a large order, which we did. However, the restaurant should've been more prepared in their staffing or prompt their customers to order a certain amount of time in advance.

What a disaster. My Mother's Day dinner was AWFUL!! I got all excited, and went online to fill in the order form. I was particular to put Delivery, stated I wanted it delivered at 7pm, I even described the house, so that the driver could find it easily. Come 7.20 pm, my husband called the restaurant and asked when we could expect delivery, as we knew it would be busy. The manager said the the deliveries were backed up, but he was sure it would be here soon. Right. At 7.45 we called again, same answer. At 8.10 (they close at 8.30) we called again. I was ready to cancel, but husband wanted his dinner! He said we would go pick it up. We raced over to Murray - we live in Kearns - to find a large bag waiting for us. On examining the receipt stapled to the bag, we saw that it was marked "Pickup" at 6.40 pm. NO. I had PAID the delivery fee, and clearly stated when I wanted it delivered. We took it home, and ate a disgusting stone cold dinner, almost inedible, even after trying (unsuccessfully) to warm it up in a low oven. The lobster was TINY . The lobster measured 31/4 inches long, and 3/4 at the widest point. The only decent things were the potato and the biscuits. I am going to attempt to get some kind of refund - at the very least a refund of the delivery charge. Where did I go wrong? I thought I had filled in the form correctly, only to get a cold meal at 8.35pm that had been sitting on the counter since 6.40pm, according to the receipt. My husband asked why I had to give even one star! Needless to say I am deeply unhappy with this "service".

Incredibly disappointing experience with to-go orders this evening. As a Doordash driver I was given multiple orders to deliver. The timing was not ideal receiving them, however there are policies and procedures that need to be followed if the restaurant is taking too long, even if we have already received an order. The employee threatened not to allow me to deliver from the restaurant in the future because I didn't give in to his rude commands. As this is not in his power, the initial commands nor his threat, I was not worried. All the food I delivered to the customers was hot and they were happy and thankful to me. I hope more professional service will be provided in the future to dashers as well as direct customers from this Red Lobster location, especially in these difficult times when we are helping others stay home for their own safety.

We have eaten, at this Red Lobster, twice now and the first time should've told us something: NEVER go there again!!!! But we did, and the 2nd time was even worse. We decided to eat at the bar, because it was busy, and we could sit there right away. We got our drinks, and an appetizer, but no biscuits. We were wondering if they didn't serve them anymore, or something, but no, we had to ask after about an hour just to get some. It probably took another hour for the bartender to even take our order, so we were already irritated. A guy came in tp pick up his to go food and the waitress/bartender completely ignored him and then had the nerve to say something very rude to him. Needless to say, he walked out. And we STILL weren't being waited on, totally being ignored, or the waitress completely being gone. We were very pissed off!! Then some guy walks in and sits down, I tell him if you don't want shitty service you may want to sit somewhere else. Come to find out, he's a regular there and knew the waitress, so she finally appears and WA LA she is being VERY attentive to what he needed. His drinks got to him fast, he had his order taken BEFORE ours, and he has the nerve to tell all of us, that had been waiting forever, for something that we should give her a break, she's busy!!! Are you kidding me??? Once again, they did us wrong!!! We will NEVER set foot in here again, and management really needs to address their staff on these issues because it is uncalled for. That bartender should not be working if she can't handle being busy!!!!!

I had ordered takeout for 6pm. I got there and the girl spoke in her head piece to let them know that Grace was here for my order and told me to go to the bar. There were 3 to go bags sitting behind the counter and another person waiting. We sat there for a while and he asked them to check the orders behind the bar which they did multiple times. They finally brought his order out and said that the wait was long because he had such a large order, which he did. But I did not so I was confused why I was having to wait. I waited 30 minutes before the girl came and asked for my name again and went and grabbed one of the bags behind the bar and set it in front of me. I said that I wasnt going to pay for it if it was sitting there for 30 minutes. She asked if I wanted to talk to her manager and I said yes. Then she proceeded to tell me that this is work and I shouldn't be rude. I told her I was as nice as I could be, which I was. It wasnt rude, I just shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for food that was sitting there the whole time. Plus, I work too and I work hard for my money. If she were a good worker she would take accountability for her mistakes and not talk back to a customer. Anyway, I waited another 5 minutes for a manager before deciding to leave. I deserve a free meal for the one I waited so long for and didnt recieve.

Delicious food. Good service. Be will to spend a little more money to get something delicious like snow crab.

The lobster is usually over cooked, this time it was slightly dry but for seafood this is where we usually end up. The cheddar bay biscuits are the bomb as everyone knows. The lobster lovers dish was good. Not really more to say other than I always come back.

WOW!!! What a disappointment!! We wanted an early dinner so we arrived a little after 2:30 to beat the rush. We had a 15-20 minute wait before we were seated and got our drinks and had our order taken. From that point on, it went downhill rapidly. Thankfully we could graze on the freshly made cheddar garlic biscuits because it took over an hour to get our entrees!! It wasn't super packed either!!! We had a total of 3 people who ended up waiting on us which slowed down when we got our soup and salad. People right and left were complaining about how slow everything was so I know it wasn't just us. When I got my entree, my potatoes were fresher than my fish!! Heat lamps can only keep food warm so long before it's like eating rubber. We spent a grocery trip on this meal for two and unfortunately it's one that we will want to forget. Red Lobster used to be amazing from start to finish. I'm so disappointed!!!!

Our waitress was so patient while we tried to decide what to get. We ended up getting the Salmon with shrimp on it.The salsa on top tasted funny. The salmon was good. The shrimp tasted funny to my husband. We paid for the "premium vegetables", they were raw, yet black in spots. The clam chowder was amazing. The biscuits were really salty. Before I got to our car I was nauseous. My husband spent much time in the bathroom when we got home. I really do not know how to rate our experience.

Enjoyed the ultimate feast with crab legs two types of shrimp, and a lobster tail. All the accoutrements and condiments that come with it. Luscious melted butter, fresh squeezed lemon, and french fries. Never a bad place to go when you have that craving for seafood. Always a little pricey, though, expect to pay at least $20 - $25 per person. We left there full of our meal, including the wonderful, fluffy Red Lobster Cheddar Bay buscuits!

You know what to expect at Red Lobster. We may secretly go for the warm cheesy bread. The calimari was average with peppercinis on it. We had to ask for plates for our appetizers at least 3 times. Lobster artichoke dip was nothing to write home about. Essentially it was a runny cheesy sauce with chunks of lobster. Seaside Shrimp Trio was on par. Scampi was the best with tender shrimp and perfect garlic buttery goodness. Pasta is a bit bland. Server and kitchen struggled a bit with keeping up. We received our soup at the end of the meal. They did upgrade us to bowls vs cups and we brought it home to have as a leftover.

We put our name on list through their website. We call because it doesn't say how it calculates the time. It showed it was 1.5 hrs wait to 2 hour wait. We had already been waiting an hour at home thinking we had our name on lists. She tells us that putting our name on list only deducts 10-15 minutes for drive time. The time doesn't really start until you check in. What is the point to have a wait list if you have to check in anyway. Maybe they need to get with the times and actually have a convenient way to check in so your not waiting at restaurant all night.

We had the most amazing experience at Red Lobster Murray tonight for Valentine's Day. As expected, the place was full of energy and had a decent wait, but the the host staff did a great job of being patient. Our waitress Adri gave us a wonderful personalized experience. She was the highlight of our night. And then there's the food! We splurged for the Live Maine Lobster. We also had crab legs, oysters, calamari and lobster artichoke dip. The manager greeted us a couple of times. Great job making this special night memorable.

The staff was in outstanding form! They handled the pressure of this evening like champs! With smiles on all their faces! Our waitress Adriane was freaking awesome! She was ontop of everything and brought an amazing vibe to our table. We formed an amazing connection, something Ive never done with anyone at any restaurant! She helped make our Valentine's Day Dinner that much more special!

Our waitress Skyler was very good but the food was NOT! The lobster on my wife’s dish was over cooked and dry and my dish was over salted. Ok experience, it will be a while before we go back there...

Great food. The rest of the experience was far less than great. Arrived during rush hour, 30 minute wait no problem. Head to the bar for a cocktail, were told they would call us or find us. After an hour asked if there was an issue. Staff indicated they went to the bar and called our name. Very small bar, never left they lied to us. Great food. Server was polite. When asked about our senior discount we were told it would be applied to our bill, lied to again. Never happened. Talked to manager and was informed there were no senior or AARP discounts because they serve so many elderly customers the would be unable to make a profit. Shame on you Red Lobster, shame on you. You will never ever see another penny of my money and I hope all other seniors feel the same.

Food was good that I ordered the 1499 special for two of us ended up costing over $60 because of all the add-ons and they were out of a lot of the items. No chunks of lobster in lobster bisque!!

Our server was Taylor. He explained all the new things on the menu thourally and everything was perfect. The food and the service was wonderful!. He made our experience better by having a great personality and making sure we had everything we needed. When we go back we will ask for Taylor.

Food was good. Love the biscuits! Had the shrimp trio and it was also delicious and the lobster mac and cheese did not disappoint too much, could have had more lobster but it was food. For dessert we had the chocolate cake and ice cream, very good, very rich

Today my husband and I just dropped by for lunch. He had fish and chips that he said was delicious! He raves about the mojitos. Best in town! I had clam chowder and coconut shrimp, this is my favorite! Service was superb, no one was rushed. I recommend the Murray Utah location to everyone!

The service was splendid. Unfortunately the women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I actually had to go to the mens room to relieve myself. Also our waiter never offered us any water. I had ordered a hot tea. For 2.50 a cup you maybe you should offer honey. Or a refill.

So As noted below, Red Lobster replied and asked me to contact them, which I did. They did not respond. So I waited six weeks and contacted them again, they still didn't reply--it has been another six weeks. I can only assume that they respond on Yelp so people think they are responsive to customers but really, they are not.

We first get in and the people at the front desk are lounging and eating something. We instantly got sat down since it was slow. The table was dirty, did not look like it was cleaned since the last customers.

Nice location. Great access near I215. Nice Hostess and calm quiet location. Our visit was tainted by poor service and an evening when they ran out of fries. How do you run out of fries, seriously. My wife ordered fish and chips but got no chips. Other food was prepared well. Overall disappointing for the cost of the meal.

The restaurant was not ready for service. Upon arrival we were told we would be seated in 5 to 10 minutes. Weird as the restaurant was nearly vacant. With only few customers they were not able to serve biscuits. Finally after several mentions by the waitress we finally were served biscuits 30 minutes after being seated.

This visit was wonderful! Shrimp was fabulous in all the various ways of preparing, butter & garlic, grilled, on linguini... just great! Our last visit in Tucson was less than impressive. This one made-up for our last visit! Thanks Kylie!
