Ugh. The line was ridiculous, several employees standing around talking to each other and passing their phones back and forth. Customers were rude, trying to find help. Service at the register was blah. Tacky, is the word that comes to mind.

Went in today to get some help with my skin situation. Was greeted immediately by a very friendly gal who led me to Carrie. Carrie walked me around the store and not only found me everything I needed, but was full of knowledge about skin care. I left with a new skin care routine and knowledge about caring for my skin that I did not have before. I was so grateful. If you need help with your skin talk to Carrie.

I went in for a Doordash order as soon as I got to the store I was so lost, I found a couple of lovely Employees who were able to help me. The cashier was just as lovely thank you for your help.

They need better customer service. I know this store better than the employees. I know that they have certain products in stock in and when I ask the employees to look for them they refuse to look behind or back or check or do anything for you they just take one glimpse and say nope we don’t have it when in fact they have it in stock multiple times and app says in stock…. I’ve also had issues getting misgender here… don’t know why it’s hard to pay attention. Why even have the credit card if you have to twist your arm to use any of the coupons or cash back deals.

It was a zoo, the products were all scattered about in the wrong locations. Nothing was in the proper place.The testers were disgusting and very much a bio hazard. The employees should put more time into ensuring the testers and all the products are usable and in ok condition instead of incessantly coming up checking on you

I give it 4 starts because on 12/29 around 6-7 PM ish I went here I was looking for a Summers Friday lip balm and asked the Sephora employee she was a very older lady and she said that it was all sold out didn’t bother to check seemed like she wanted me to leave her alone why work there and be so rude? My boyfriend asked another beautiful sweet lady and she went and checked and showed us there was a lot more in stock of this brand and different colors she made my day please check stock before telling a customer you don’t have it. It’s not hard

stood in a long line starting at the front door. I thought I was going to be in line for an hour but no, only 20 mins, thanks to the team work of the staff, well done Saphora for having an outstanding crew at that store!

Within 5 minutes of being in the store, was swamped by three employees. When I politely declined help, the last employee who came up to me was very rude. Attentiveness is one thing, but I couldn’t even start looking at products without being interrupted. Was going to buy some new skin care supplies, but was overwhelmed and had to leave. Will definitely be purchasing from online now — not from Sephora.
