I had an outstanding experience at the T-Mobile store, and I want to give a special shoutout to Sam! When I walked in, I had a problem that another store up the road wouldn't even try to help with. Sam not only listened attentively to my issue but went above and beyond to find a solution. His knowledge and dedication to solving my problem were truly impressive. Thanks to Sam's expertise and commitment, I left the store with my issue resolved and a renewed sense of confidence in T-Mobile's exceptional customer service. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and staffed with friendly professionals. Sam's outstanding assistance stood out as the highlight of my visit. Thank you, Sam, and the entire T-Mobile team for making my experience so remarkable!

I went in to upgrade my Phone and came out leaving with deals I didn't think were possible. I've been a long time Android user and fan (Love Android) but had to switch to iPhone for business reasons. While helping me with the switch, the employees at this location were helpful and friendly. This made for a pleasant experience when dealing with the minor celular changes in my life. Thank you Humberto, Alfonso, Kevin, and Cate!

I have never had such a run around as I have with T-mobile this last month. I was told incorrect information from several customer service reps regarding promotions. I am currently sick. I am in kidney and liver failure, and the last thing I wanted was to have to deal with T-mobile. I couldn't even get help by speaking to the loyalty department. I decided to go into T-mobile at the Midvale location. I spoke with Umberto. I explained what was happening. He didn't hesitate one bit. I ended up leaving a satisfied customer. Cate was also extremely helpful. I highly recommend speaking to Umberto if you are having issues with T-mobile.

My review is not for this location but or T-Tobile in general. Three is not an option to leave a review on the web site. Over the phone an agent changed my plan and I didn't get what I was told I would get. I called back and was told I was given incorrect information. The person could see what i was told but T-Mobile won't stand by what i was told and make it right.

LOVED IT when Joshua was manager, and didn't think it could get better. Umberto F has been manager only a few weeks, but he is absolutely FANTASTIC! Parker B spent as much time with me as needed, and was so incredibly patient and kind! I couldn't have asked for better service, than that given by Parker. Kevin H did not assist me with my purchase directly, but STILL went out of his way, just as the other two, to insure my satisfaction. My only "concern" is for the staff, as they are short staffed. It especially matters in THIS store, because EVERY EMPLOYEE gives their ALL to make sure the customer's experience is always more than pleasant. That's difficult to do short staffed, but they do it every time. THANK YOU!

I just would like to say if it weren’t for Sway I wouldn’t even be leaving this review! He was awesome all around. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and I could feel that he was doing everything he could. He made it very easy for me to switch from my previous provider! THANK YOU SWAY!!! ❤️

I will not state which store I went to, I am posting my review on every T-Mobile store. The store I went to is the only people who seem to be understanding and actually trying to make a change. I tried to open a new account with T-Mobile in September 2021. I am still dealing with problems from reps that have not done their job. When I first went in to order phones, I was going to take advantage of their buy one get one free promo. The agent I was working with decided to order the phones she thought I would like, not the phones I told her I wanted. Forcing me to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I was unable to place a new order due to the phones being on a back order status, of which the rep knew, hence why she chose different phones than what I wanted. Waited 4 months for the phones to get off a back order status. During that 4 months, T-Mobile would not release my phone number from the existing T-Mobile account I was on through my dad because of the merger that they did with sprint. They eventually told me that if I returned my phone and paid $65 since it was on a lease, that they would be able to release the number. So I returned the phone. After doing this, they still would not release the phone number to my own account. After waiting for the merger with sprint to finalize 3 months later all without a phone cuz they made me give it back, I went in and finally got my number released and finally was able to place my order for new phones. The manager helped me apply the buy one get one free promo. Howeverx T-Mobile chose not to ship the phones. After waiting a week and a half for the phones I found out that they got lost in shipping. So we placed another order for my phones. With this order they refused to ship the phones until I signed a new eip agreement which didn’t even follow or say anything regarding the original contract that they were already in breach of. After months and months of going in over and over and over again we never got to a true resolution. This past weekend T-Mobile has officially fraudulently charged my credit card for a phone that was supposed to be free. Despite my multiple efforts on resolving this. I have been in the store for hours on end. Today now been in the store for 3 hours and still no resolution. Instead the agents are hanging up myself, and the manager of the store that has been helping me. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE. They will not help you appropriately, they will fraudulently charge you and lie to you about so many things.

So, a few days prior to visiting this location I dropped my phone and cracked it pretty bad. What my expectations were and what I actually got was phenomenal! My prior experiences with cellphone companies has been pretty bad, but this one was an exception!Brent took care of us from start to finish and did a fantastic job in the process. He was knowledgeable and confident and was a joy to be around. He worked with us to find what worked for us and wasn't just a salesman, he was interested in what we were looking for and provided options for us. Even down to his co-workers, everyone was friendly and helpful.I travel for work and can only hope my next experience will be similar to the one I had at this location.Thanks Brent & Team for being awesome! Stay cool guys, and I'll see you next Tuesday ????

Brent Erickson has excellent customer service skills. I went to T-Mobile Store 1SIX after losing my phone during a fishing trip. He was knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. He explained what needed to be done and the steps for getting a replacement phone. I filled out the online insurance form at T-Mobile. Brent answered my questions about maneuvering thru the form. His patience put me at ease with the process and gave me confidence that it was being handled in a competent manner.I was NOT treated like a "number". This is very important to me. I was treated like a person who had a stressful situation of losing a phone. Brent suggested that when I receive the phone, I ask for him since he was familiar with the situation. He did a great job explaining the process of setting up the phone while he was doing it.From an appreciative elder, but young at heart, fisherwoman.

We Visited Multiple locations before going to the Tmobile store in Murray (1SIX), and we should have just skipped the rest and gone there first. Raul Torres helped and RESOLVED my phone issue for my Iphone in less than 20 minutes. Awesome service thank you again. I recommend this location over all the rest. Ask for Raul!!?
