I broke my phone, and I could not get help from apple, but Sprint helped me get insurance, I brought my phone in, and the process was very hastle free, and everyone was nice and helpful. I brought my phone in, and I picked it up the next day and it was completely fixed, and it was only $29. I had a very easy, and pleasant experience. :)

If you visit this store be sure to see Brent Erickson! He went above and beyond for me and had an answer for every question i had no matter how complicated or dumb they may have been. he truly cares about his customers! very clean store with very friendly employees!

The worker with the half shaved head was extremely rude and short with my boyfriend whenever we asked a question or wanted an explanation. A salesperson is supposed to be helpful and willing to the extra mile to make someone comfortable with their decision. Guilt tripping someone into buying something is not the right move.

Not much too say. Tried Sorint to save money and ended up with the worst service, both cell service and personal service. Spent way more than Verizon. We went back to Verizon after contact expired. Never again. Live and learn.

My wife and I came in with problems with our plan. We were helped out my Soulmaz, who was friendly, helped us right away, and answered all of our questions succinctly. She looked through our bill and spoke to us about how she could get us the best deal possible. Amazing service and an especially kind employee. Having worked retail for years, I appreciate and promote great service. Very satisfied!

I used to have many problems with sprint, until i went to this location. Service is outstanding, they take the time to listen to my concern, and offer great solutions. They also help me through the problem, and I am very impressed with the store because of that!

I'd give this store ZERO stars if I could. I took my husbands phone in two days ago to get fixed. The tech said to come after 5PM and he would have it all fixed. I gave him till the next day. So I returned around 10AM to the Sprint store, he wasn't there but the lady said it looks like he was still working on it because the phone was taken all apart and everywhere on his work station. I call around 5PM to check the status, the person on the phone said specifically that the phone was working and ready to be picked up. My husband went to the store and they told him his phone is broken and would need to be replaced. Those people there need to work on COMMUNICATION because they are lacking! I hate Sprint and the people that work for Sprint. DO NOT JOIN SPRINT. The customer service at the stores and on the phone in whatever country they're in are HORRIBLE.

Love this store! Apparently they have changed their management and reps, and the wuality of service has changed outstandingly. Keyvan helped me upgrade my new phone, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind! Definitely coming back to this store!

This was the worst experience in cell phones I've ever had! I am currently stuck in my plan "renting" my phone that I have had and paid on for 2 years but it turns out it isn't mine, it's sprints, which is fine because my phone hasn't had data in or around my house since I switched to this network, if you can call it that since It doesn't work anywhere. I had to use my wifi to post this review. Also I can't give back my phone without paying 200$ because the screen is broken. I paid every month for insurance that specifically said on the Giant sign in the store that it would pay for a broken screen, but the screens on this phone don't have replacements available, in fact they don't exist, so I guess the insurance was just a con, just like this whole service has been a huge con. No one should buy anything from sprint, I've had boost mobile and it worked beeteer than this

Very helpful staff that knows what they're doing. You just need to be able to express what you need. I've been there multiple times without an appointment and have had to wait a long time, but that was my fault for not making an appointment.

We had to do a store pick up for a new phone and then transfer the old stuff to the new phone. They had the phone ready and were all very pleasant to deal with. Going back to this store in a week when I add a new line instead of the one by my house.

Great and knowlegable staff. Here is what is funny. Your store is all about technology. At every other store I shop in that is not about technnology, check out is 2 minutes. The check out process with Sprint is about a half hour! Your staff are so smart and young. It is a shame you make them look simple minded with outdated systems and very slow software! Needed a new battery. They were very thorough, helpful and accommodating. In and out in less than an hour, even though they were fairly busy. Will return for any upgrade, repairs, accessories or other needs.

Nope! Walked in and store was crowded. Waited in line to talk with a repair technician just to have him greet us at the desk while he's looking at his watch while saying "Hey guys, I gotta get out of here to go buy a new car before dealership closes, can you come back tomorrow?" Ummm... no. He went over to a computer and said "well then if the phone got wet, you'll just have to get a new phone". I said that we were told to go to that store because not all stores have repair techs and that they could open up the phone and see what's really going on. He wasn't very happy that we were still wanting his assistance and that we didn't just say, hey yeah, go do your thing even though you're at work to do your job. I called him out on his customer service and he didn't really have much to say and kept looking at his watch. Hopefully we'll get better service somewhere else.

Oh man... This store really needs to be staffed more. Some poor lady when I came in had an appointment for 5:45 or something like that and did not get helped till hours later. I ended up being helped by one of the Assurion guys with glasses and he was super helpful and attentive with my phone issue.

Where do I begin. I have never been more disappointed with any phone company in my life. I went in to get my phone checked out because it stopped working about 5-6 months after buying it. I stood in line for about 30 minutes then ended up walking out before I was even talked to, so I could make it to work. I came in after work the next day stood in line for an hour and a half WITHOUT BEING TALKED TO AGAIN! I was told on that visit I needed to leave my phone overnight to get fixed. Came in the the next night and was told they didn't do a thing to my phone and that I need to file an insurance claim, I filed the claim and even more problems started. They stopped emailing me even though the email said they would get A hold within 3 hours regarding the next steps. I waited and waited but the next day still nothing. So once again I will go back down there and stand in line forever just to be told something that isn't true. The insurance wanted me to email documents amongst things I cannot even pronounce. The guy at the Sprint store made it sound easy as can be but this is by far very frustrating and confusing. I have to pay $220 deductible to get it fixed, my dad has a $1,000 through verizon and his deductible was only $50. I work a lot and have a girlfriend who can go into labor any second now and with me at work with no phone going isn't a comfortable feeling as you could imagine. I will recommend you NEVER to switch to Sprint. I will be taking my business else where as will my mom and girlfriend. You have worse customer service than any DMV or McDonald's I've been to.

Poor customer service! Ordered phone online it had me set an appointment to pick phone up. However appointments mean nothing to this store. I understand when your helping someone you need to finish with them. No acknowledgement when sales associates walked by. I have watched many people come through the door without being greeted. Finally after store had more than 8 customers waiting, and a customer asked, they started a list. As of now i have been waiting 45mins and there are a good 10-12 of us waiting, and some have left. Yes i am writing this while i sit here and wait. The 2 sales people, yes only 2 working tonight, have been with the same customers the whole time. Bad management of scheduling! I would just leave if i had not already ordered phone online and selected this location for pick up.

Bryton you are the best salesman, customer service person. This guy knows his stuff and will fight corporate to get you what you need. It took some time but these guys worked my problems to the end and I’m very very happy. Thank you very much.
