The staff here is very helpful and friendly. Luis has been helping me for days now with getting a new phone and returning my old iPhone which was completely destroyed. One of the best T-Mobile I have been too and definitely recommend coming here if you are a customer or not a customer!

Came into this t mobile store ready to rip someone a new one, because of some insurance issues. Luis and Jose were there to greet me with some warm energy and a calm vibe, Luis assured me he understood how I felt and tried to do what he could to help Jose’s customers service skills were on point and very accommodating to my questions, come to find out I was in the wrong and was misunderstanding what was going on ,they were super friendly even I came in a little hot but for sure the best T-Mobile store I’ve been into. They helped me get into the phone i wanted and clearly explained everything to me. 10/10 recommend.

The workers really know how to accommodate to the customers needs and wants. They cooperate with you and help you the best they can. So far every question I’ve had they have answered with no further questions. Overall a great experience. Ask for Julio. Funny and really takes your needs and concerns into consideration!

The first time we came in a few weeks ago Julio greeted us with great energy, at that time we were just looking at plan options. When we came back in today Julio welcomed us back with the same great energy and has been very helpful and has explained everything step by step. We also loved the fact that guidelines were followed and the store was sanitized.

We were directed to this store because it had the phone I was looking for. It was very busy when we walked in, but the staff made it a point to make eye contact, welcome me, and ensure me they would be with me soon. We probably waited about five minutes before a staff member, Aritza, came over and offered to help. This was my first interaction with T-Mobile since Sprint joined them, so I was a little nervous but she made it very easy to understand, and made my upgrade very easy. She was very friendly and personable and, even though the store was really busy, I didn’t feel rushed at all. I saw all the staff doing well to balance multiple customers while giving each of them the attention they deserved. If I have any issues, I’ll definitely go back to this location.

Visited this location today for a phone repair. Although they were busy and encountered several rude customers; all staff were kind, attentive and patient. The store manager April and everyone else working were great. They made me feel like a valued customer and are wonderful at their jobs. This is the location to go to, if you are in need of assistance or are looking for a new phone go to the State Street location!

The people at this location need to be trained more we walked in and we were assisted my Julio and we told him what we wanted great But we did tell him we wanted to pay for the phone in full ok human mistake by putting a month to month payment instead I get that but we went back half a hour to confirm that was wrong there was 2 workers helping the same person!! And told my husband someone will be right with you Seriously you don’t need 2 people to help the same person by the way they were standing and just talking not really helping them! We also told Julio we didn’t want the protection plan on my phone we really don’t need it but I guess one ear out the other! Don’t just assume this what people want if you forget just ask them again!!

Beck at the store next to Macy’s was awesome and super easy to work with. I came in for an upgrade and got exactly what I needed. He was very friendly as well. Great experience!

Every time I come to this place, I feel very welcome and confident to receive a great service. It's my favorite place. Staff with no exceptions are so welcoming, are good listeners and always helpful. They are great in customer service and giving each customer the attention needed. Julio was helping us on Friday, and he was AWESOME, patient, Very informative and above all helpful. I wouldn't hesitate a bit when I make any decision in regards to electronics. I feel HOME. Many Thanks to all staff especially to Julio.

I’ve been into this location several times and they are always so nice in the whatever they can to help me with whatever problem I may be having I went in to get my Screen protector change for my iPhone 11 today Julio help me and I asked him for tips to keep my screen protector from coming up off the phone because that’s a problem I’ve been havingHe seemed very knowledgeable and gave me some tips that I can try to keep that from happeningI highly recommend visiting the fashion place location they are kind and will do whatever they can to fix whatever problem you have.

Leslie, who came down to help from the Lehi store, was amazing. We came to switch our phone service from AT&T, who we had been with since 1976. She took so much time with us, explaining the service, equipment we were eligible for and the senior discount plans. It was the best service ever received!!Would highly recommend going into this store, as all the representatives were friendly. Thank you Leslie for making this a seamless switch. We appreciated your time and knowledge in helping us update our service.
