I wanted to share an experience that I had at this store back in September because I am still very frustrated about it. Prior to this experience this was my go to VS store. I was shopping for my “something blue” panties for my wedding day. The signage around the store, and there were probably close to a dozen, said that the panties I was purchasing were on a 3/$39 deal. I was expecting to spend $39 (and tax). I went to check out and the girl ringing me up asked if I was going to pick out four more pairs. I asked why, because the signage said 3/$39 and I was confused. I was unaware of the promo of buy 3 get 4 free that was going on. There was NO SIGNAGE OF THIS ANYWHERE IN THE STORE. I asked if she could honor the posted promo and she simply said “No, I can’t”. Only after she rudely told me no did she explain the promo that was going on. After accepting that I was not going to get the deal that was advertised, they didn’t offer help me at all. I asked a different associate if a particular pair of panties were on the deal and she told me that they were. After finally finding an additional four pairs of panties (and now spending an additional $20) I went back to check out again. As she was ringing me out, the pair I had asked about came up not part of the promo. They wouldn’t honor this either though I specifically asked about this pair. I finally was able to complete my transaction after about an hour in the store due to lack of the size I needed. As I was walking away two things happened; first, the associate and her coworker helping her that I assume was a manager/supervisor began to talk negatively about me. I was not very far away when they started talking. It was rude and uncalled for. Second, another associate started switching the signs to the new promo.I have never experienced such poor and rude customer service. I work in retail myself and while the customer isn’t always right, you should always do what’s right for the customer. To the managers of this store - do better and make sure your advertising signage is correct because this was honestly ridiculous. I will not be returning to this VS for future purchases.

I don't normally file complaints, however, I have never been into a Victoria's Secret and witness this kind of service. First, as I walked into the store, it felt crowded and messy, granted they were having a sale and all of the markdown merchandise was in the center in bins for people to rummage through, ok, I get that. I saw two employees unpacking boxes of new merchandise and putting them in the drawers, the drawers were so full that they were hard to open, and they weren't placed in the drawers in a neat manner. Usually, you are greated by an employee asking if you need help, i had to approach one of the workers that was unpacking a box, and ask for help, which she didn't seen to eager to help. I picked a bra and headed to the dressing room to try on, which I was going at ask to be fitted, since I had lost weight since my last fitting, but the girl working there looked like she walked out of a tattoo parlor, was not presentably dressed (chains, piercings, died hair, which that is her choice, but she could have at least dressed nicely to represent her job position), and once again seemed to not want to be bothered. I decided to give the bra a try and purchase it, but when I went to the check out counter, along with three other people, there wasn't anyone that came to help us. I hunted down another employee that was doing markdowns and she checked me out. I was very disappointed in this store, located in the Fashion Place Mall in Murray, UT. I have never had a bad experience with Victoria's Secret until this visit on Friday, January 19th.

The employees on the floor wouldn’t assist me. If I approached to ask for help they would turn and walk away.

After buying 16 products I asked for bags because she put ALL OF THE PARFUMS, BODY SPLASHES AND BODY LOTIONS IN ONLY ONE BAG, and guess what Stephany (cashier) said “We’re not supposed to give it AWAY bags, I’m like “but “I’m purchasing I’m not asking for anything for free”, and she gave me two bags more OUT OF 16 heavy products, ARE YOU KIDDING?!

This place was a mess. Hardly anything had prices and the sale that was going on was very difficult to understand. Took forever to check out as well.

Negative experiences multiple times at this VS location. Best to find another location.- Employees misplacing items that I got charged for. Eventually hassled management until they gave me the items that were showing on my receipt.- Chaotic unorganized bins for their semi annual sale. Wasted 30 mins picking out items in bins that were in a sale, then got charged 2x the price because none of those items were supposed to be in the sale.

Usually not a bad experience, but we went at 7:45, admittedly a little close to close but were told they closed on 5 minutes. I asked them if they closed at 7:50 and she said 7:55. I said I thought they closed at 8 and she said they close early. I saw others leave when she said the same and the store was dead. I get that you want to go home, but I had 15 minutes and panicked and left after 5 minutes because I didn't want to be "that person". I was irked by this as they were clearly open until 8. I even gave her another chance and asked if they always close at 7:55 and she said yes. Weird.

It just amazing how sweet are the people working in PINK. The managers would treat super nice their employees and would give an excellent costumer service. They would offer discounts and there are a lot of multilingual people politely helping everyone that comes to the store. It is nice to see that there is such a nice environment in the store. No racism or discrimination of any kind. Keep it that way :)

Kai from the pink store was so nice! Everyone else looked like they didn’t want to be there and wouldn’t want to answer my questions but Kai was amazing if it wasn’t for Kai I definitely would have left.
