A $400 withdrawal was approved from my mom’s account from this ATM. She didn’t do & we’re still disputing this transaction that WAS NOT authorized. I thought that banks were supposed to make our money safe. Once this is resolved, we’re closing the account. Bunch of criminals!Update: called for the 4th time today & they are still affirming that there was no mistake, we should be getting a callback by Monday. The CS & their investigation team is very unprofessional.Since their claim department has not done proper investigation and keep denying my request, I have filed a claim with Better Business Bureau. WF’s rating is F, which I’m not surprised, while Chase Bank has A+.

I waited approximately 25 minutes for a cashier’s check. There was no customer ahead of me in the line but one customer was being helped. At one point there were 4 representatives behind the counter not assisting customers. This was at 2:25 pm — not lunch. Poor service, poor time management.

I usually have no issues here. The bank tellers have been wonderful. However, do not use the ATM to deposit cash! It stole $100 from me, and now I have to wait 10 days before I even hear from the claims department after submitting a dispute.

Great experience on this Saturday morning. The 2 ladies at the desk were super nice, and really seemed to be enjoying their work and interaction with the public, in spite of being super busy.

I had 2 deposits that I had to do for my business and I went though the Drive thru & Elsa was very rude and said she didn't have time. Mind you, nobody was there and it was 4:30 pm. I use Wells Fargo for my business but after this experience I will be switching banks.

This location has to be one of the worst! The wait time are unacceptable and the customer service was just as bad. I have been there a couple times and thought maybe it was the exception, but apparently this horrible service is common place. I don't live in Ut. but have been visiting family. I will never go to this location again and if I experience what I experienced the other day, I will be moving my money to another bank. Extremely disappointed! Especially since I have been with Wells for many years. They WILL NOT be getting word of mouth referrals from me.

I went to this particular branch to inquire about my monthly mortgage , I was treated with at most respect and courtesy by the teller , Ms. Hind. She was very kind, respectful and highly professional. She didn’t hesitate to answer my questions, which made me feel very content and happy as a customer. Thank you :)

All I will say is they are unethical as an establishment, and unwilling to provide a resolution for a problem they created with their system. I will never bank here again. Shame on you Wells Fargo.

This location is extremely racist. Most people there treat their customers rudely and most are Hispanic and cluster up together and leave others out even when it comes to customer service. I don’t want to bank here ever again. This location is a red flag and they treat their customers poorly when they aren’t like them.

Brandon the branch manager was exceptional. He called me back after they had a couple missed calls from me. Then he went above and beyond helping me with my request, and offered some suggestions to save me fees in the future. He was also genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. I would come back here for this quality of service!

This bank has the best customer service I've experienced in all my years at Wells Fargo, no exaggeration. I came in to Utah from out of town and was in need of a loan. The bankers had no opening in their schedules until the late afternoon but they were able to assist me even though they had a full schedule. Even when they assisted me, I didn't feel rushed because they were busy, I really felt valued. They were super friendly and I really hope they get some recognition or bonus or something for the good work they do. Thank you Megan, Elisa and the bank manager sorry I forgot his name.
