The worst customer service I've ever gotten! we were told we could get a special discount on phones by one worker. so we ordered the phones, we went into the store when we got them to activate them. Another worker told us that deal wasn't valid anymore. So we left, then got a call that he was mistaken and we drove 20 minutes back to the store to be told he was right the first time and there was nothing he could do. We got the manager to give us a refund and he was very rude, I will not be using the xfinity service and would not recommend them to anyone

After the 2-year contract ends, they’ll raise your prices significantly ($80/month to $130/month in my experience) and not match competitor prices/speeds. Went from 70 mbps to ~ 400 mbs and saved $10 a months by switching to Google Fiber. Save yourself the hassle and go with Google. Better customer service and technicians (technician actually showed up right on time). Glad we finally made the switch.

I don't see an option for zero star or negative. The staff I was working was so ridiculous. When I was showing some offer on Xfinity website, they were like `you on your own`, but at the end after spending more than an hour arguing, I was right.If they don't know what is up to date with Xfinity and kinda yelling at customers, what is the point of running stores and having staffs in it.I will never ever visit this or any Xfinity store.

I'm trying to cancel my service. They constantly advertise great signup offers, but give no incentive to stay with them. I started paying $60 a month. I'm now paying over $110 for the same service.Not to mention, the outages and poor coverage in a small condo don't incentivize me to stay with them.For a telecommunications company, they make it impossible to get ahold of them. They closed doors before advertised closing time on Apple Maps. (Posted 8pm, closed at 7).So, I tried to cancel with Xfinity assistant. The assistant directed me to schedule a callback. When scheduling a callback, they ask if you'd like to cancel using the assistant! Eventually, I selected an appointment, Today at 7:30. I then got a notice that I have a callback scheduled for tomorrow...Finally, I tried to schedule an in person visit to avoid these shenanigans and return my equipment.The in person scheduler is entirely broken. You cannot select any other days. Everything is greyed out. So, you just get an error that says, "No time slots available."I don't recommend Xfinity

Clean place, lots of screens. Employees were attentive and friendly. They helped me with what I needed help with while also greeting people coming in and making sure they knew they'd be helped shortly. Good experience

This is sort of a weird reason to post a review, but I went to this Xfinity store to cancel my service and had a great experience. I was able to walk in and was helped promptly. It took me less than 5 minutes to cancel my service, and Cathy was particular helpful and made this a pain free experience.

If you're planning on waiting for over an hour or more, it is a great place to kill your precious time. The service is as good as there customers service. One of the worst in the country.

Don’t fall into the Xfinity trap.First when getting set up, they gave me more that I wanted/needed. I had to pay $70+ for Wi-Fi and a bunch a features I didn’t need. Then, after a few months, it randomly jumped up to a $90+ payment monthly, with no reasoning. No one at the store could give any reasoning for this. The Wi-Fi cut in and out many many times, and you don’t get paid back when the Wi-Fi just doesn’t work that day.. So finally, we moved and went to turn in all my gear, the employee scanned all of it in front of me, and said “you’ve turned in everything, and you’re good to go” - so I left, and then noticed a $124 final xfinity payment on my account.. Tried calling 4 times or so and could never get ahold of anyone so I just paid it and moved on, thinking I was finally done with xfinity… only to find a bombarding of emails saying I owe even more money because my equipment was never turned in.. absolute nightmare- will be switching to Verizon from now on, faster, 1/2 the price and only pay for what I need.

Kevyn made the cancellation process super quick & easy, they were very friendly and had a good attitude. Surprisingly pleasant experience for canceling services, which was nice!

Cathy helped us today and she turned what I expected to be a bad experience into an amazing one. I hate dealing with confusing plans and tons of options. We told her what we want and our price range and without hesitation she gave us two simple options and went from there. She even convinced us to switch phone plans all within 10 minutes. We are very satisfied with our service!

I have tried 10 times for 2 days to make a payment from my checking account that I have used every month for years. The system keeps rejecting my payment and there is no reason. I have spoken to 3 agents and they send me back to the system and it is all repeated with the same outcome.

Comcast is a very dishonest company, they will say anything to get your business, I have had bad service but comcast has met my expectation when it come to lie, deceit and just screw the customer to get business

Do you like the DMV? Do you like waiting in line for hours at the dmv? Oh then you’ll love Xfinity. I waited for 30 minutes only to have three people still ahead of me in line so I scheduled an appointment to come back the next day. Glad I did. I only had to wait for 28 minutes before my name was called. I was excited to chat with Flavio about Brazil and living in the same city but he couldn’t have been less interested. I like Xfinitys service but they raked you over the coals every year and you have to renegotiate which is annoying. Plus when I was told about the “special” we were entitled to, it was still $20 more than what I could find on their website. I have no idea why they give their customers who have been with them for years a worse price, but they do, and do it really well!

If you want someone that will do a great job for you at this store then ask for Corey King. This guy was really awesome and helped me get what I needed to make my life easier. He listened and he didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. High pressure sales may work on some people but not me. Corey you are the best at what you do.

Rep took a picture of my ID without asking, and then wanted my SSN, just to add a phone line to my account - no need for a credit check as I had the phone and have my CC on file. I called Xfinity on the way home and had it all set up in 5 minutes with no request other than to verify the last 4 digits of my CC.
