Don’t get me wrong. I love Maverick and I stop at a Maverick one to two times every day. But this one is disgusting. The fountain machine only works half of the time the other half it’s so sticky and grimy. You don’t wanna touch it. The floors are disgusting and sticky. Every time I go in and the people working there are always just standing around BS with each other Today, I stopped in there and the kid working the cash register while helping customers is shoving food in his face which is very unprofessional. It feels like customer service is a thing of the past nowadays there is way too many people standing around There not doing anything

There’s this man there who clearly doesn’t enjoy his job. Idk his name but he’s bald and he’s always rude toward my husband and I when we want to use our maverik rewards, he yelled at my husband for not understanding something with the rewards when we had just activated them. We’re never going to this location again. He makes us anxious to go there..

I used to really like this Maverick because of how kind and professional they were. Now all of a sudden, I can't use my food stamp card to buy a couple of drinks to help me. Be able to wake up in the morning because they don't want to put it in manually because the card itself is not wanting to work properly. That is sincerely unprofessional shame on you Maverick has lost a customer because of this. I will not shop at any of your places anymore. For this disrespectful outrage. I did nothing wrong to you guys. But instead you tried to grab my food stamp card multiple times not help me. And all I was trying to do was get a couple of coffee. Maverick, adventures first stop more like Maverick The place where you get stopped.

I love Maverick. We prefer to only go to Maverick if one is around, but since moving close to this one I’m not sure I am a fan. The employees are all rude. I’ve gone several times with a different employee there each time and every time has been a bad or weird experience. They do have one person there who is way nice, but rather drive the 5 minutes to one farther away than take a gamble on if the staff will be pleasant that day or not.

I come in every Thursday morning early am the food is always stocked hot and ready. The kitchen guy is amazing!!! He should be an example to all maverik stores for morning breakfast food.

I ate a rib bundle about half way as it tasted bad… about an hour later I got violently sick. Additionally I used the restroom and it stunk like a porta potty with urine all over the floor . It was awful. What is disappointing is that I kindly told the cashier that the bathroom needed to be cleaned and he blew me off and did nothing about it…

I came in today and noticed the store was pretty messy. You guys have people on the phones and people that talk about religious beliefs. I've been to other mavericks that has the same problems going on but this one is the worst. New management and new employees should fix this issue this establishment is having. Other then that I can find pretty much anything I want here.

This place really needs new management, they clearly don't know the meaning of cleaning. The bathrooms were gross the drinking station was very sticky and disgusting. The soda taste bad and flat. Clearly the management doesn't know how to manage because things would get done. She must of been the one outside with another employee smoking and laughing right next to the door. If customers have to go 25 ft then so should managers. I have never experienced a dirty maverick like this one. Let a lone how dirty there employees were. Very poor management I hope something changes fast cause feel like people will start taking there money else where.
