Bruges Waffle Bus has been around since 2014 and serves only our Liège waffles. These caramelized delicacies are dough based and made fresh with only natural ingredients like all natural vanilla. What really makes these waffles unique however, are the pearls of sugar imported from Belgium. The sugar is made from sugar beets and the pearls give a unique caramelization and a burst of flavor to your waffle. Eat it plain, the Belgian way, or with our delicious toppings like fresh, hand-picked and hand-sliced fruit.
