I would like to share what I saw yesterday. I have been at Ogden Self storage for 8 months. In the last 4 months I have seen more activity as far as weed cutting and I have not seen anyone come out of the office to do much of anything till now. I have seen the most amazing thing a man on a wheelchair cutting the weeds with weed cutter. I had sometime to go over and talk to him. He informed me that his name is John and that he had a stroke. All my problems that I have just went away. After speaking with John that he had stroke a year ago and that he is a retired deputy sheriff. I have a 16 year old boy that I cannot get him to take out the trash. After I told him about my hand issue his response was I hope you get better and he said that he would pray for me. When I was leaving June came the lady behind the desk came to clip the weeds with edger and then pushed John around on his wheelchair to do the weeds. John if you read this you have the spirit to walk and you have touched me.

The top of my trailer hung up on door because door corner spring would not stay in position. I pulled it out several times. doors were built in 1977. I have paid for another spot outdoors. and a 4x5 for boxes. I would appreciate a discount on a used old door.

The facilities are questionable at best. I was read the riot act for having license and insurance while looking around and seeing the trash piles build but along with vehicles that clearly haven't been road worthy in years.
Worse part is they DO NOT honor the military discount as advertised (Active-Duty, Retired or Veteran). I'm a retired combat wounded Veteran. Somehow that's not good enough. It's not about the money, it's about the disrespect.
There are plenty of other storage facilities that are clean, fair, and honest

Cool people at first then I paid for two months in advance and only used it for 2 week but wouldn't let me get a refund for the last month. Don't know why but not cool. My advice is to never pay in advance

I have used these storage sheds in the past. After speaking to the kind gentleman in the office, I felt safe and good about being a return customer.

1 star because I can’t do zero!! This place has gone downhill I’ve been renting here for 5+yrs and man has the customer service here only got worse!! I’ve been locked out of my unit multiple times… sometimes I was a little late I get that but when it’s been weeks since I paid the unit why is their lock still on it??!! Oh and this is supposed to be a smoke free facility! why is the person living on the grounds smoking on the premises than!! I’m tired of this place soon as I move in a couple months I’ll be glad to be away from this place!! Definitely would not recommend this storage facility!!

Reserved a rental today with Martine, he made the process very smooth and is knowledgeable of all things storage. I got a really great rate on a large unit, definitely cheaper than any other facility in Ogden. Would highly recommend them for your storage needs!
