I had a couple snafu as far as my card security being compromised in the past. I had a recent transaction with a vendor that isn't going to help resolve it and WPCU took care of it for me right away. I appreciate their prompt business. Big kudos to Toni! ??

Alicia is the best personal banker I’ve ever had. She takes great care of my needs and is quick to respond.Mat is excellent on the teller line too.Jolene and Bailey always greet me by name.I love the credit union philosophy and Wasatch Peaks FCU delivers.Pahm is excellent on mortgages too.Denise and Greg are excellent on business lending too.Jeff T. Wasatch Peaks recently remodeled all of their branches. I love how nice they all look and how spacious and inviting each of them are. The staff are always so helpful and kind. It's so refreshing to interact with people who I feel actually care about me and my business. Thanks for always exceeding my expectations Wasatch Peaks!

I love banking here. Anytime I need anything, I go to Alicia Brunell. She's amazing. Always goes above and beyond. Anytime I go to any of their branches I leave happy and satisfied. The staff members at Wasatch Peaks Credit Union are always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I've been banking here since it was Alliance Credit Union and all my relatives bank here. I recommend these guys to everyone I know. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the service I receive here. Keep up the great work Wasatch Peaks, and thank you so much for all you do.

Closed my account today. Not a single benefit to Wasatch Peaks. Tons of fees, delayed check cashing, etc. Honestly the worst bank I've ever had.
