Finally, after years of searching, I’ve found a doctor’s office willing to help me get to the root of my autoimmune disease so I can work at healing my body and putting it into remission. Arlene has been great at listening, problem solving, and working with me to create a treatment plan that addresses what’s going on with my body.I’ve also used the salon services and had a great scalp treatment and haircut. It was a great experience.

Actual healthcare providers that listen. I have been to most of the providers there (Johnston, Sorenson, and Jaycee) which is not something I’m usually okay with but I like how they seamlessly work together and add things/rule out things based on their experience. Each one provides an added level to figure out solutions. This isn’t a “let’s just throw a pill at it” kind of practice, it does take time to see results but all good things are worth the wait to figure out why your body is doing what it’s doing.

All they care about it money. They could care less about actually helping patients. Find another doctor! If you have to go here Marilyn is the better choice. But pay upon completion!

I highly recommend Health & Vitality. They get you in and out on time, listen and are very knowledgeable. They could relate to all of my symptoms, knew which blood work to order and how to help. I am excited to feel better! I also really like that you can book online.

The doctors I've worked with their are absolutely amazing! Very knowledgable and takes quality time for each of her patients. Loved them!The problem here are the MA's & their lack of communication w/each other and other office staff. It's unprofessional & clients end up paying for it, or blamed for it. Very frusterating. I have a couple of stories & documentation since Feb. 9th. I even had an MA admit that though I was threatened to me taken to collections, it ended up being their fault for not making a note on my account and that it was in good standing... I also can't get any help w/certain matters at the moment. I asked to speak to the office manager & was told she would be in next week on Monday, but they weren't sure on hours.I wish the MA's & other staff were as quality & as professional as the doctors. Because the doctors are stellar but you have to work with the other staff too, & it can be a headache b/c of their lack of communication, documentation, and professionalism.

I have had a terrible experience with this doctor's office. On multiple occasions they cancelled or rescheduled my appointment, AND DID NOT CONTACT ME. The first two times this happened they said I must have just forgot or wrote it down wrong. But the next time I had taken screenshots of the initial appointment confirmation and showed the staff. At which point they said oh it looks like it was rescheduled. I confirmed my contact information with them at least 5 different times, and yet every time I told them I didn't get a call or email they would read off the contact info and it would be incorrect.Additionally, I needed to get an IUD replaced and was told they could do that by my doctor (Marilyn Sorenson). I had an appointment scheduled and then when I arrived I was told they no longer offer that service because it was too hard to get the insurance approvals...I needed B12 injections and the doctor (Marilyn Sorenson) told me on multiple occasions that I could pick up the vials from Walgreens and the Health & Vitality staff could fill the injection vials since Walgreens will not and Health & Vitality doesn't have that prescription. However, every time I went in to have this done they acted as though they had never heard of this and no one had ever done it before.The staff is all very nice, the ambiance is great, and I feel that the doctor's are decently knowledgeable and helpful. They also offer telehealth appointments which is fantastic. However, the lack of communication between the staff, owners, and medical professionals made me look elsewhere for a new doctor.

I've seen Dr.Arlene Johnston for the past three years with wonderful experiences. Today, I saw Dr. Renshaw, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, understanding of complicated needs, referred to Dr. Johnston's notes during our visit, and very informative, but willing to listen to information about me that she didn't know. Great experience!

I did a microdermabrasion, for the first time, and Tiffany was my esthetician. She explained the process and also made me aware of the other services available and what they are for. She was excellent and made me feel so comfortable. She was friendly and professional. I was amazed at how much better my face looked and felt after the process and I immediately made another appointment with her. I highly recommend Tiffany!!

Love the staff & doctors at Health & Vitality! Arlene Johnston was so knowledgeable and willing to take the time to listen to my concerns, create a protocol for me, and make adjustments until I was at optimum health. I can't thank her enough! I was referred to her by one of her patients and have referred many of my women friends experiencing the same issues as myself.

I was told I needed to book an appointment for a prescription refill. The earliest appt was two weeks out which I booked for virtual appointment with the office. When the day and time arrived I joined the zoom and I waited 30+ mins on zoom for the doctor and nobody ever joined. They billed me for the appointment anyways? talk about piss poor service. I will never go back to them.
