This is one of my very favorite stores in Utah. I live 90 minutes from it so I don’t get there as much as I would like to.
The merchandise is fabulous!!! My only complaint is that the employees are not friendly AT ALL, except for the younger employees at the check out. The employees milling around the gardens and plants are not happy to answer questions or help. Many of them are older, mature women.

Sun River Gardens is a great place to get plant material for any size project. I worked with them on a very large project and they came through with the material we needed in the timeframe we were working with. We received incredible customer service and had a fantastic experience working with them. We will definitely work with them again in the future!

I love Sun River Gardens. The staff are so willing to help you find just what you’re looking for and are very knowledgeable about their flowers and plants. They have so many great gifts there, as well. Though it’s a little more expensive than some garden stores, it’s a fun place to shop.

If I could spend a day just walking through this store, over and over, I would do it. Or get me a chair and just sit and relax in the greenhouse. I've purchased many plants from this store. They are so healthy when you pick them up. I'm not what one would call a green thumb, but these plants have stayed alive for me!
You can buy already potted arrangements, pots, outside plants, indoor plants, succulents, soil, fertilizers, garden tools, etc.
I can't name everything here, but they have seeds and things for planting a vegetable or flower garden, as well as bulbs.
There's a greenhouse full of healthy indoor plants and a nice area outdoors for trees, shrubs, and flowers. It's a secret garden in and of itself! The prices are fair too, especially when you consider the quality!
That's just getting started. The entire front of the store is like a country store, and there are a lot of home decor items. Cookbooks and cooking equipment can be found, and just a lot of neat stuff!
Plan on spending a little time and money if you come here. I give it 10 out of 5 stars! Everyone is so helpful and cheerful, and they even drill drainage holes for your pots you purchase from there! How cool is that!
Take my suggestion if you like any kind of plant and stop in at one of the best greenhouses I've ever been to!

I loved the service given me by the lady at the counter finding me a basket, then the gray haired designer at the back center encouraging & further confirming my choices for making an Easter terrarium for a dear friend who is ill & having a rough time. She answered my questions in a wonderful friendly, caring manner. I love Sun River Gardens & the wonderful plants, flowers & good means to care for them, & all who serve us there.

Great place especially if you love plants and are looking for some cool, unique gifts/house decor. Staff is knowledgeable about their products and will offer some things you may realize are possibilities ( such as having drainage hole drilled into your pots.)

This is the cutest shop. Love it. They have everything from seeds to pots and for the more creative, they have everything for fairy gardens
The girl at the register(sorry i didn’t get her name) was so lovely. Very friendly and professional. We were talking about service industry on the way there and it was so refreshing to receive outstanding service.
Aside from plants and gardening items, they have an amazing selection of seasonal home decor. All very stylish.
