As sad and terrible as it is that these stores are closing and people are losing their jobs, the discounts when they close the stores are the best.

Bed bath beyond Is is a company that does not pay their bills to their contractors. They leave you hanging once all the work has done we've been trying to get paid for months.

Two people staffing checkout; a pleasant chap helping a customer, and an angry woman fighting with her register. Unlucky us, we got the angry woman.Once she finally acknowledged us (after a 5-min wait, no one else in line), I had the audacity to ask, during the busiest shopping week of the year (Black Friday) if there was a discount on the item we were purchasing. She looked at me as though I'd just grown a second head, and then spat out "I don't know, let's find out"; then "That'll be [non-discounted amount]"I then asked about details on their Beyond+ program featured on a nearby sign, she kept hissing "scan it and save 20%" - even though I explicitly asked for details on what the program involved *beyond what we could all clearly read on the sign. (You know: is it a yearly subscription?; what is the cost?; what are the benefits?; etc)As I looked away from the sign back to her, she rolled her eyes in an exaggerated way. I said "You seem to be in a very bad mood, so I'm going to go over here (to the pleasant cashier)" She then attempted to engage me in a quarrel after that, yelling that she wasn't in a bad mood, and continued to complain about me to her next customers.>> Dear Manager: Please coach this woman (working 11:30am, Nov 21, 2021) on how to be in a service position. It's not that hard. Just do your job, and don't be rude. (it might also help if she weren't clearly hungover) <<

Management in store is poor the inventory looks like they're ready to close close customer service non existent cleanliness is cleanliness is very poor. Looks like the store is about to close because they have hardly any inventory and minimal staff.

Store is empty, no Christmas items, unfriendly help. Store does not feel welcoming. You walk in then walk right out.

Extremely helpful store people!I was surprised at the amount of assistance I was granted during a "Black Friday " Saturday sale. Wow. Both of those who helped appeared to be of retiree age - and customer service was their priority.

The store was relatively low on stock for several items we were looking for. Could be due to outside factors. No one to help find items. The folks historically have been very helpful.
