This has been a nightmare, and we haven't even arrived yet. We booked a room for three nights. The next day we called to add another night at the beginning of our stay. Instead of just adding a night, they added a night AND an entire additional room -- and hit our credit card for the entire amount. We called to correct THEIR mistake, and couldn't get through to them for a day.
When we finally got through they refused to cancel the second room or reverse the charges. World of Hyatt has been incredibly rude and even smug about their refusal to even listen to the problem.
Don't fall for this scam of a hotel. At this point we have no choice but to show up for our reservation and try to correct it in person, but we can already tell it will be a major hassle. We are DONE with HYATT.

Nice property. We stayed in the off-season and had a great stay. Not sure how it would be during the busy season.

I hosted a large work event for about 80 people in mid July. The entire experience was exceptional. From setting up the event with the event coordinator, Kelsey, to our room, to the food and beverage, to the pool. Everything was great and I can’t wait to go back! We had a large upgraded suit and it was beautiful, cozy, good views, it had everything we needed and more. It would host a family perfectly. The food and beverages for the meetings were not like a typical hotel offering. The food all tasted great!

I’ve stayed in this hotel before in the newer more updated multi-bedroom units and it was great. Outstanding service and a perfect location. However, I recently had a stay in a king balcony deluxe in the main building and man what a difference. The room looks as if it had a partial renovation from its original origins as the Escala lodge. The room had some outdated furnishings and light fixtures that didn’t work, but the bathroom is woefully over due for a makeover. It still has that 90s mountain chic vibe that’s out of sync with the rest of the property. You can barely move in the shower it’s so small and the shower head is surprisingly cheap given the price they charge in the off season. I can’t imagine paying peak ski season prices and not being able to rinse off properly with a shower head that has no adjustment, and thin streams of water. Like honestly spring for a $30 bed bath and beyond shower head and it would be an upgrade to a $500 a night room.

I am speechless to say anything about this place, the perfect ski resort. Amazing views of Park City, and is located in the Resort Village. Hotel feels grand, rooms could be more spacious but still are amazing, the best experience in Park City goes to this Hyatt Centric.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with modern amenities that made our visit relaxing. Our server, Ion, took great care of us and made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

We were super excited about staying in this beautiful area and everything seemed nice until we got in our room. Rooms are pretty small (double queen), carpets were stained and gross. Air conditioner never went below 72 regardless of the setting. We tried to leave balcony door open to cool it off at night but between the noise and bugs coming in from all the holes in the screen door, that didn’t last. The shower didn’t drain right at all! Literally stood in 6” + of standing water and it was still draining 20 minutes after shutting it off (super disgusting). Staff were nice but we couldn’t wait to check out. Surprisingly, we Stayed at a Holiday Inn in Salt Lake during the same trip that was much nicer and we didn’t even have to pay a resort fee!!

Stephen is the biggest asset this property has! He has helped me and my family on numerous occasions to ensure our stays have been great. The rooms are always clean and spacious, the views of the area are beautiful, the staff is always courteous and friendly and I believe that is due to Stephen's management and professionalism. Most hotels and resorts my family and I stay at always seems to have one or more deficits weather it is the cleanliness of the room, or the staff or something but here, that is not the case. They do a great job in all aspects of what we look for in a stay away from home.

Absolutely gorgeous! Love this Hyatt Centric (on the Canyons side) at Park City. Having stayed at Hyatt hotels all over the world, this Centric is absolutely top tier. The amenities - heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, sauna are perfect. Ski in / ski out, steps to restaurants and other amenities make the location amazing.During the holiday season, the staff put on a series of wonderful events and activities for the children - so thoughtful and fun! Special thanks to Jazmin for making our stay incredibly memorable, one we’ll never forget.Look forward to our next visit.Rooms: Beautiful rooms, love the finishes

Room super cozy with fireplace (turns on with a light switch) with microwave and small refrigerator big enough to fit pizza box. After a day of skiing there is nothing better than the hot spa with jets and large enough for a good 20 people. The dry sauna was always hot already (did not have to wait for it to warm up) there is also a steam room wet sauna , there is only 1 shower with soap and shampooThere is a nice size game room with foosball ( my fav) ping pong and XboxIn the lobby there is coffee (runs out way before 8am) and hot chocolate all dayThe service all around was superb, every interaction with front desk, coffee, cleaning get 10!Rooms: Rooms are nicely appointed with fireplace (gas turns on with light switch)Microwave pretty old but works. Refrigerator small large enough to fit pizza box.Shower is in a tub , nice. The service all around is amazingNearby activities: The epic skiing gondolas to take you up skiing , it’s at least 5 mins walk… not so confy if you are carrying skiis and walking with the tight uncomfortable to walk ski boots. At the city center like square there are lots of sitting places with gas fireplaces all over , super cozyWalkability: 5 mins walking down a steep street but simple and easy enoughFood & drinks: Waking distance to small city center (canyon) where you find lots of shops and restaurants (most hamburgers like)

This was one my favorite Hyatt stays, the staff was super friendly, operations manager Charlie was a blessing on helping with any problems on my reservation. I will return to this spot for sure!
