My labor and delivery experience was great, but if you value your recovery care and the care of your baby in the NICU DO NOT GO HERE. i hated most of my daughter's nurses, we only had 3 or four that we liked in the 10 days that she was there. they forced her to use the Dr. Brown bottles even tho she has an upper lip tie that they btw MISSED. even after I had asked if she had one and watched them check her. i later checked her myself when we got home, and we are working towards getting it corrected. they wouldn't let me bring in the bottles we would be using at home, or any binkies because "she is doing fine on these" even tho she chokes on the Dr. Browns bottles because the nipple is too long. if I have another child I will not be going anywhere near that hospital. the nurses couldnt have cared less about my mental health. i wish i had just gone to imc.

If I could give zero stars I would. I believe I tore a muscle in my back around my rib cage. The pain is unbearable. The ER gave me pain meds that I politely told them did nothing for my pain. I mentioned this multiple times. They provided zero solutions to the medication issue for my pain. They found through x rays that my ribs aren’t broken or fractured which was good news. Didn’t solve the pain and exactly what happened. I then asked what else was needed to find out what is wrong. They said an MRI. They discharged me without telling me exactly what was wrong. Dr. Lombardi was dismissive and quite honestly I felt unexplainable prejudice from him. Maybe he is just a crotchety old Sod. Idk. But I even was careful no to say a single bad word despite intense pain so idk what his deal was. Maybe he didn’t like the military politeness of being called sir. I will never go here again. I would rather die than put my life or health in their hands. Hours lost. Pain still excruciating. Solutions? Im going to my doctors to figure it out because they gave me zero relief here. Zero. Shame on you guys. You need to do better for those you treat.

Went into the ER around 3am Monday for horrible back pain. They got me to a room quickly and did blood work and a CT scan and before I knew it I was admitted and had to get my gallbladder removed. The nurses and staff were so kind and helpful. I was really anxious and everyone answered my questions so nicely. It was all a bit of a blur but I felt so safe and taken care of. I highly recommend this hospital!

My mother in law was brought into the ER because of a Fall and she had been down for about 24 hours before she was found at home. I was in Germany ( I had just arrived there a day prior to her fall). The ER doctor was on the phone with my husband and his brother who was at the hospital told us that she was in very critical condition and was going over her life directives and we needed to think about hospice care. Due to her information we rushed home to find her just fine. I read her report after i arrived home and the very first line says 92 year old in STABLE condition in the ER, Not one time did she say STABLE to us. Very poor doctors advice, she should of thought about how she was telling us.

I have had 2 deliveries here and the staff was amazing in labor and delivery.Fast forward I'm 10weeks pp and I needed an out patient procedure done. In pre op my nurse Amanda, who's also from texas, was so just so incredibly kind and easy to talk to! We shared stories and laughs as well! My OR nurses Traci and Matt, I didn't get to know them well... well.. because I was asleep haha but I'm sure they are amazing. Anesthiologist Dr. W was incredibly thorough and understanding and explained the entire process to me which put my mind at ease. Coming out of surgery I'm greeted with Dee and the bed side manner she carries is something of an angel. I was crying, not sure why but assuming that was the Anesthesia, and she comforted me and took the best care of me and reassured me that I was normal and everything was okay, the pina colada smoothie was awesome also! Post op room time, Amanda was quick and thorough to get us discharged and on the road. So overall, this was just an incredible experience and these staff members are super stars!

This is a great hospital. From the wound care unit, to imaging, urgent care, the ER, the labor and delivery unit, to the cafe, including every receptionist, everyone here has been so kind to us, especially over the last two years, which have been very challenging.I can’t thank the staff members enough at this hospital, and I wish I could remember everyone’s name to personally thank them. Thank you all for making scary situations much lighter and more comfortable.

Rude night staff in labor and delivery. A very rude old lady nurse I'm assuming... made us leave the waiting room and move to a different t part of the hospital because she said people were sleeping near there. where they put the waiting room!! The public bathrooms were unclean. Garbages smelled. garbage on the floors. I'd never recommend this hospital. very poor.

Excellent experience regarding the service to the appointment to perform a tomography study for my mother. Your staff (reception) Mr.: Verl, received us with a treatment par excellence and served in informing and personally guiding us to the waiting place. The Lady: Norma, in this other image reception, was very courteous and gentle in her attention. We thank you for the excellent quality of service, I hope it continues and will be like this in many institutions in the state of Utah.

My daughter just had her baby here and wow wow. She had the most amazing experience in labor and deliver and also in the mom and baby unit. Ashlee, Alicia and Joni (from Alta Hospital who was helping that night) were so patient and loving with my daughter in labor and delivery. Andrea, Brittany, Dr. Hines, Dr Beck and Dr. Peacock were most fabulous in the after care of my daughter and her baby. My daughter couldn’t have asked for a better hospital to have her baby. Thank you so much to all the staff even the cleaning crew and the food personnel for taking good care of them and for also making sure all her guests were taken care of. Baylee and Elliot are so happy and healthy!

6+ hour visit to the ER for my 9 year old son who broke his arm. This is completely unacceptable. How do you run a hospital like this? They give you timelines but then you are forgotten. 30 min for this… 90 min later we are asking what is going on and magically they start working. 4 steps that happened today and it was an hour or two in-between all steps. Complete joke.UPDATE: We got a call from our orthopedic and a video of the bone setting was never recorded or sent so there is a chance it was done wrong and surgery will be needed. I cannot believe this! If their malpractice results in surgery, then this will turn really ugly.

In general the hospital is ok. The nurse was great. However, if you get Dr. Lombardi you might as well ask Reddit for advice and save yourself a couple grand. Twice when I asked him direct questions, he replied, "I wouldn't know what to do" and "I wouldn't know what to prescribe."I had to lower my review after finding out he prescribed medication the patient was allergic to. I doubt he even read the chart.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS Absolutely disgusted with the POS Dr's and Nurses here!! The poor nurses that actually care and are in training were more helpful than the idiots "training" them. My sister was sent home 5 different times, come to find that she has MENINGITIS. I hope these nurses lose their license. Cannot believe the ignorance to an already autoimmune individual. Blood pressure was out of control and they still released her.

Staff was great and very attentive and caring. Had to wait in the ER for over an hour and a half just to get X-ray results. Felt like it took way longer than it needed to, disappointing. At the ER for over 3 hours.
