Bought a washer dryer set, was told it was in stock and could be delivered Tuesday of the following week... Tuesday came and got a phone call saying it would be Thursday. Then got another phone call saying they couldn't make it on Thursday - no new date. When I call there customer service number I get another date out in the future, but the guy from their appliance department says it should be delivered on Friday... Really have no idea if/when it is coming now. It's frustrating because I literally keep rescheduling my life and work schedule around this... work is going to start wondering why I have a phantom appliance delivery scheduled each day that never happens - I am starting to wonder the same thing...

For all those interested in making modifications to their home and for builders who do remodeling, this place is spectacular because it has a wide variety of products and its staff is very friendly and attentive to clarify our doubts and needs, it has a large parking lot.

I just had the most wholesome experience at this location today. I had an issue with a snow blower that was delivered to my home (not a Lowes issue, an issue with the manufacturer). However, Sheri, did not rest until there was a solution I could use today (before we get dumped on by snow this weekend).It took Sheri time, personal effort, and a whole lot of creativity to craft a solution that left me beyond satisfied (ecstatic) and also benefits Lowes directly. Win-win scenarios are so rare, and Sheri formulating one today is a sign Lowes understands customer service and why physical locations with empathetic humans will always have a place in the consumer's needs.

All the locations I go to are not worth the drive if I lived next store. Lazy people, no one cares. Support the little guys instead. Amazon online shopping is where it’s at. Stop paying these companies when they make you done everything yourself.

We went in to redo our bathroom, I wish I could remember this young man's name, but he was very helpful on deciding on what we needed to have the bathroom last longer, so we didn't have to replace it in 10 years.

In only one year this store has become the BEST #1 source for any and all your project needs. The staff has changed completely, almost, and they are beyond helpful. The paint "Guru" Jim, has more knowledge about paint than the guy that invented paint. He is honest, talented and simplifies any paint project. The pro desk has finally become a "pro" desk. Sadly Seth moved away from the public, but he's still there.Congratulations to Lowe's upper management. You put together a team that runs a fantastic store.
