The person who helped me with my gas top up got the pump to actually work. I was out there for at least 15 minutes until I asked for help with what should have been a quick and simple transaction.She was very patient with the pump. Just knowing it wasn't me as the cog sticking in the wrong place. That pump had issues since prior to me driving up.So grateful for her help!

Might teach your newest employee how to communicate and get off her phone. Very rude and won’t bother stopping in here again just for that.

I would not even give this store a one. The machines didn't work. I went inside to get some help. I was not even greeted when the employee came in from another guy trying to get help when he was honoring to him also. I asked him if he'd come out and help me and I might have said a little snappy machines weren't workin gnd he had an attitude with me I said well then can you come out and help me. He said he would not come out and help me and to leave the store. I was almost I was on empty it wasn't going to go nowhere and so I started pumping gas or trying to pump gas in my car he came out followed me yelling at me Tell me he's going to call the cops if I use his machine and so I started pumping gas or trying to pump gas in my car he came out followed me yelling at me Tell me he's going to call the cops if I use his machine. I will never go back to Chevron because of this one employee that says he's the manager which I found out he is not.

Today is Saturday March 11th 2023 this Chevron on 5600 South and 900 East charges 4.59.9 per gallon for the middle gas but the Sinclair station exactly one block north charges 4.09 per gallon for the same gas. Stay away from this Chevron they are price gouging. The older gentleman that works weekday mornings is very rude

Had a horrible experience today with this gas station.We were getting gas, and what we believe is the owner of this place (older gentleman w/ a beanie & face mask on) approached my boyfriend with a confrontational and hostile attitude. All we were doing was brushing off the last little bit of snow off my car for us to drive safely, but this was clearly not okay to the employee as he came out and yelled at my boyfriend that he had to stop immediately, and he said he wrote down our license plate.He told my boyfriend to stop as it was to prevent an "old timer" from falling. My boyfriend kindly apologized immediately, and offered to clean it up with the shovel he had. The employee replied "no!". My boyfriend apologized again and we left as the employee stared at us & stood behind my car waiting for us to leave.This was very unprofessionally handled and the gentleman could have been way more kind. It's not illegal to brush snow off your car. It's winter in Utah, and there's snow everywhere you look outside. Snow is inevitably going to fall off cars whether you're brushing it or not. There are no signs around the gas station that say you cannot leave a tiny bit of snow near the pumps. The gentleman acted like he'd sue us if someone fell on this station's property. This is completely ignorant and reaching.Do better and be kind. That's all we ask of this place.

Ran out of gas in the parking lot, unfortunately - usually pretty careful. So I walked over a short distance to get some help at Chevron, or a gallon of gas so I can fuel up - no provision for that at a gas station or convenience store?? The clerk was very unhelpful and didn't offer any assistance at all including a phone call - basically sent me walking. Actually, no restrooms available at the location either! Had to walk to Sinclair to actually get some help. Thank you Sinclair. Actually, being helpful costs nothing, but certainly changes the direction of future purchases.

This is my favorite gas station to go to. Great employees and all the essential snacks that I need. The owner is friendly! There isn't a car wash, so I don't know why someone gave a bad review for it not working. Certain times of the year Harward Farms sells produce on their lot:)
