System was down, and employee seemed very disgruntled about me saying “I’m looking for a part” poor customer service. Would recommend not even talking to the bald guy he’s not friendly at all and I felt racial tensions from him based on the look he gave me the moment I walked in. Was not offered service I had to go up and initiate a conversation in which he seemed agitated that he had to assist me.

World class staff and world class products that last forever if you take care and love them, and over the last couple years have come down on there prices which was the most reason why most concrete guys stayed away from this brand.

I've been coming in to this store for years. Most of the guys working at the counter ( mainly the bald guy) have been nothing but rude. They only want to give you the best service if you're a big company with lots of employees. For some reason, the number of employees you have means more to them than the amount of tools and accessories you buy... I'm 100% buying my hilti pins and guns on eBay from now on. I've given them too many chances.

One of the representatives was really cool and respectful the other guy with the ball head (wont say the name) Kept interrupting and was very ignorant, Even after I had explained we had a lease program through them to cover the piece of equipment he insisted on charging our company somthing that was clearly 'Covered by the lease program' we've had with them for years. I would recommend only working with Matt! Great guy and does anything he can to help and set the situation right.

Here is what you need to know: 1. If you need super premium tools and are willing to pay the price, there is no substitute for Hilti. For example, try drilling anchor holes in a concrete foundation with equipment from Home Depot - I did. 2. The guys working here can tell you what you need and order it to be shipped in if necessary. 3. The Hilti foam (for filling cracks, walls, etc.) is VERY high quality.
