To much junk in the ft store isles.. only 1 person can pass so it's awkward and swear worthy.. please get rid of the sale junk in the ft isles.. I was looking for a large brown floor mat... none in stock.. I was looking for 6mm thread 1/2 inch bolts for license plate. None in stock... Gee Willikers Batman.. wasted :20 hunting for out of stock items..

Ordered some Christmas lights online because this store was out of stock. The shipping estimate ended up being shockingly wrong. By the time I got them, I didn’t need them anymore. Tried to return them to this store unopened and they wouldn’t take them back. Terrible customer service for handling their own bad shipping

I witnessed an employee verbally bullying, harassing and trying to intimidate a Hispanic customer. I asked for the store manager, but he couldn't be bothered. I filled out the survey, and nobody bothered to reach out. I was just passing through town so I haven't been able to return and follow up.

Sue and Rob helped me get a bunch of watering cans even though it’s the off season and it was a huge hassle for them to get a pallet lifter out to get them down. I’ve been to this location a few times and I’m always impressed by the friendly, helpful staff!

The Salt Lake City Lowes's store, between the two delivery guys, Dianna in appliances, & assistant Manager Scott, have gone out of there way for me. I had ordered a washer/dryer combo that was damaged while being shipped from the vender to the Lowe's store. It had multiple dents. Lowe's & their delivery guys were never at fault. It was already damaged before it even reached the store. Everyone at Lowe's have been nothing but awesome, very transparent, & extremely eager to get me taken care of as a customer. Let this be a life lesson for everyone. It's Christmas & great, and I will continue to do business with Lowe's. Thank you for have great customer service and please realize that extenuating circumstances happen that are out of the store's control.
