The curbside pickup is not in operation. You call and get bounced out of the system. After having to go into the store, it is confusing to find the customer pick up desk. I went to the department I purchased the item and found no employees or registers. My whole walk around the store I saw one shoe employee. I saw a register desk near the elevators so headed back that way. Now there is an employee and a line. I waited in line to find I am in the wrong area. Back down to the main floor an employee heading to the same area as me walked me there. Not sure I am willing to shop this store again.

Nice building with a long history in the area... Seems like some branded materials were picked over, or maybe they aren't carrying items in excess...

I think this store is closing because everything was marked way down and staff was only behind temporary registers. Most of the dressing rooms were closed. No help at the jewelry counter either

Me and my children look forward to seeing the Christmas candy ornaments and send a letter to Santa at macys every year. To my surprise, Santa, is no longer receiving mail. Can you imagine the pure shock and horror my children felt when we walked into macys and there was no way to contact Santa? I’m honestly mortified that macys would carry out an evil deed like this. To cheer my kids up, all they wanted were calico critters. We spent what felt like decades scouring the new “toys r us” section. NO CALICO CRITTERS TO BE FOUND. I’m shocked and appalled at the state of this establishment.

The department store chain is spread on three floors and provides branded products of clothing, accessories, home furnishings and housewares etc.We visited the place yesterday I e. on 16th December and found discounts in many products. We had a particular interest in clothing and found a reasonable discount on our purchases.Overall it was a memorable experience and I recommend it as a must visit place if you are in the SLC in this part of the year.

This store is disgusting with horrible product selection. It is disorganized and trashed all the time. There’s also not an employee in sight to help you, and if you do find one, prepare to have the absolute worst service possible. This store should be closed and turned into a department store that would be worth shopping at.

I was the first shopper in the early morning on Dec 23rd and was gifted a $5 gift card. So nice of Macy's. I bought some perfume fory wife. Despite being very busy getting the store prepped for a mad rush of shoppers, the staff did a great job assisting me and even finding a couple free gifts to go with the perfume.

The Christmas decorations are pretty mid this year ngl. To each their own though. The store itself has a great selection on everything with a little something for everyone. I would definitely recommend coming here for your clothing or house decor needs.
