Truly an awful experience! I brought the 12 year old that I nanny so she could spend some birthday money + her giftcard. When we got there it immediately seemed like we were bothering them for being there. The lady who was helping us check out was so unhappy and rude to us (yes us even a 12 year old). She said that she had a balance of $0 on the giftcard. Which is impossible since it was new for her birthday. I understand things don’t always work so I was trying to figure out how we can make this work and the lady helping truly didn’t care. I’m pretty sure she wouldn’t care if I dropped dead right there.
I understand and acknowledge that jobs especially around the holidays are tough and tiring but at least be kind? I wish I remembered her name because truly one of the rudest employees.

Very helpful associate! I believe her name was Madison. She was knowledgeable about particular products for sensitive skin and provided samples so I was able to determine which moisturizer was going to work before buying

Today was my first time at Sephora in Kohls at Brickyard. I was very lucky to be helped by Alex who even though much much younger than I, suggested concealer, the perfect shade of lipstick for my skin, and an excellent Anastasia eyebrow powder pencil that even I can operate. I’m so glad you were there Alex. I am very satisfied with all my purchases. And will return when the need arises. Thank you.

Beautiful store, found some things I wanted to purchase and tried to find someone to ring me up. Unfortunately I could not, so I left. As I was exiting, the two associates were coming back in. It appears they both left the store to pick up a Starbucks delivery.

i walked in and had no idea that it was the first day they opened. the workers were SO kind and i wish i remembered the workers name who helped me! i'm going to be coming back often it was super clean and organized with such a friendly atmosphere!
