I was having a lot of trouble with my phone, multiple visits to stores and calling customer service, finally after 2.5 weeks of no phone, Raul helped me out and was able to get it working again! He was friendly and professional and lovely to work with, and fully understanding of the situation.

Had a great experience! Ronny was able to upgrade me and transfer everything over to my new phone. He explained everything and even helped me get accessories for my new phone. He was quick and very professional. The most impressive part was he was doing all of this while helping his colleagues out as well. I never felt unattended. He was great. I will recommend all my friends to him.

I stopped in here for the Tuesday thing and to ask a question about a mistake that another third party T-Mobile store employee had made. Jonus helped me and even though my problem didn’t get resolved, he was friendly and told me what other steps I could take to resolve my problem.

We were having difficulty with our previous carrier while transferring to T-Mobile, so we brought our phones and SIM cards into the store. Jaime was really helpful in getting us hooked up. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We recommend him and this store enthusiastically! Steve and Dee

This store absolutely disregarded me over a protection plan I pay for and ordered me a new cover which even with tracking acted like I didn't even come in or order it. The same individual I ordered it with, Mario. Acted like the whole interaction never happened and said I never re ordered my screen protector. Why do I pay for insurance to have it not actually cover or have the accessories for my phone, that they display and sell. Why put out a phone you don't have any of the accessories for. Told me the nearest one was in saint George. Hours away. I shouldn't have to take a road trip to get the protection and coverage I pay for with my insurance. When I ordered it and tracked it with the employee he feigned ignorance and told me he wouldn't order it to the store.

very bad customer service, my husband went to exchange an Internet device and the store staff (swar) was very disrespectful and said that he could not help and that we had to wait for the manager and that she would arrive in 1 hr. and 40 min.

Not helpful at all. I made a special bus trip yesterday because I was told I needed to solve this issue in person and then the staff were rude and made me call customer care, then wouldn't turn down the music so I could hear so i had to go outside. I was on the phone for half an hour in 20° weather. Be better T mobile! I was the only customer in the store with 2 employees who couldn't be bothered.
