Hands down best dining experience in Utah. They put so much into each dish that they are all an experience. I always love the pasta course. Very best sourdough and homemade whipped mascarpone butter, I always buy some for the road!

Food in general was very good. The middle courses were excellent (they made kale actually taste really delicious!). The nonalcoholic pairing was not my favorite which was too bad compared to the meal.

I absolutely love the fresh sour dough breads they make. I'm especially fond of the Saturday only oatmeal treacle loaf. Mmmmmm!
