My husband took in a 60 year old reel to reel audio tape and they converted it to a CD. We then gave them two 30+ year old VCR tapes and they made two DVDs. We were very pleased with the results and found them very easy to work with. They dealt with our lack of technical knowledge very well and pleasantly.
